Pros:

新今宮駅からすぐの立地で、今回はBooking.comから約2,700円で宿泊しました。

この価格なので正直あまり期待していませんでしたが、部屋にはユニットバス・トイレがあり、室内も清潔感があって、寝るだけなら十分満足できるホテルでした。
特に新今宮駅がすぐ近くなので、大阪で食べ歩きをする際の拠点としては便利です。

また、1階に隣接しているファミリーマートで買い物をすると、10％還元になるサービスがあるのも嬉しいところ。

観光や食べ歩きで一日外に出て、ホテルには帰って寝るだけという使い方なら、この価格では十分すぎるくらいだと思います。

「立地・価格重視で寝る場所を確保したい」という方にはおすすめです。

一方で、駅に近い分、夜中まで電車の音が聞こえます。私はそれほど気になりませんでしたが、音に敏感な方には少し厳しいかもしれません。

Pros:

It's veeeeerrrryyy close to the stations (JR & Osaka metro), convenience store, coin laundry in the 1st floor, the room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, and will book again when I go to Osaka in the future.

位置方便，房間簡單易用。
Pros:

地點近地鐵站和電車路， 但電車聲又不算吵。激安殿堂在近甚麼補給都很易找到。洗衣機和公用空間很有用。

Cons:

這次來住的房房間那張床鋪太舊了吧！一躺下中間位置完全下陷，像個坑穴。因為之前來過沒有這情況。

Pros:

とにかく通天閣が近いのと1階のファミマで買い物してレシートをフロントに持っていくと10%キャッシュバックしてくれます。

Cons:

自分は、気にならなかったけど線路がすぐ横なので電車の音が気になる人は気になるかも。でもフロントに耳栓などもあるし、通天閣で食事して帰ってきたらそんなに電車がないのでよかったです。
