El personal y el aseo de las habitaciones.

La ubicación de la habitación triple, en la segunda planta ya que se escucha el tránsito vehicular y los cluentes del negocio ubicado a la par.

Great hotel, lovely facilities and view on the volcano
Pros:

The room had everything we needed and the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel itself was lovely with a little garden below our balcony with tables and chairs to hang out. Our room had a view on Fuego volcano, so we could see the volcano erupting every few minutes.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom doesn't open fully. It opens inwards and hits against the sink, so you can only access the shower by squeezing yourself in the corner, closing the door and then reach the shower. The locks on the front doors of the room were a bit flimsy, but the hotel felt very safe and secure.

Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy positiva, habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, los desayunos que ofrecen son deliciosos y bastante generosos en cantidad, la ubicación del hotel es privilegiada pues a un par de calles estás en el centro de Antigua... a lo anterior lo complementa la amabilidad, el carisma y la excelente atención por parte del personal encargado de atendernos; lo anterior sin duda lo llevamos en nuestro corazón porque hacen que el calor de hogar se sienta mas cerca... Don Mariano y el equipo de recepción son lo mejor del mundo mundial 1000/10 en todo.

El hotel en el que más estafada me he sentido de mi vida.
Pros:

Lo único que vale la pena es el señor que trabaja por las noches y el desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y parecen una cueva. No tienen luz. El baño es ridículamente pequeño y tienes que hacer malabares para entrar pq la puerta se abre hacia dentro, obstaculizando el acceso al inodoro. No puede haber más de una persona a la vez en el baño. Las habitaciones están sucias y tienen fuertes olores. El personal es descuidado y da voces desde muy temprano impidiendo el descanso. En una ocasión nos llegaron a abrir la puerta con nosotros dentro.

Al cobrar por persona no por habitación se vuelve muy caro y por el precio así se pueden conseguir muchas mejores cosas en la Antigua. Además me pidieron varias veces pagar en efectivo lo cual no me pareció correcto.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij de balie en handige stopcontacten waar mijn Europese stekkers ook in pasten.

Cons:

De badkamer had geen ventilatie en zat daardoor vol schimmel. Ze proberen dit te verdoezelen met sterke geuren van een geurblok en die over de schimmel heen te verven. De enige manier om hier te slapen is met het raam open en de deur naar de badkamer goed dicht.
Ook het ontbijt viel tegen. Het was te weinig en je kon er alleen vies ruikende koffie uit een thermoskan bij krijgen. Voor thee moest extra bijbetaald worden.
Ook het uitzicht op de tuin viel tegen. De kamer zat in een gang, maar onder de juiste hoek was de tuin met zichtbaar.

O hotel é um charme. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente, perto dos principais pontos da cidade.

Cons:

O horário do café da manhã é muito limitado. Não conseguimos tomar café em nenhum dos dias. Além disso, os funcionários passam informações divergentes a medida que trocam de turno.
