Un hotel comodo con precios accesibles y un personal muy amable, dispuesto a apoyarte.
La habitacion es comoda con lo necesario para una buena estancia.
Tiene buenas vistas y un pequeño jardín en donde disfrutar el desayuno ñ.
La ubicacion es bastante buena cerca de diferentes puntos

Cons:

Puede ser un poco ruidosa durante las mañanas ya que pasa transporte publico pero no es demasiado ruido

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Room Service was great , cleaned properly.

Cons:

This is meant to motivate the hotel to improve on the following:
Breakfast , they really need more options and healthy options.
As per another review the shower does have exposed wires. Only the joins have insulation tape.
Night reception - unless the hotel only wants Spanish speaking people it is extremely difficult to communicate with night reception ( maybe a course would help)
WiFi - not the greatest

En general es muy bonito, el desayuno es rico, pero solo ofrecen una opción cada día, por lo tanto falta variedad. La atención en recepción muy buena.

Cons:

En la habitación la cama era bastante alta lo cual no me pareció muy cómodo.

Everything was wonderfull. Friendly people ready to help, comfortable room, lovely garden, every day a different great breakfast. I will be back!

Cons:

Two nights there were some younger guests who were being a bit happy and loud in the garden at 1am after coming back from the bars, I assume. You can hear this very well, since all the rooms face the garden. But this was only for a moment. In general the hotel at night is very quiet.

Schöne Posada mit leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Lage, bequeme Entfernung zum Zentrum. Super ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar aber ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war und blieb stickig.
