The place is a dump and very old. Lighting was very bad and falling off the ceiling. Outside door would not open with the key.

Sewage smell throughout the property. Outside looks like someone just gave up. Lots of dirt in the pool. I would not stay here again.

The place needs a serious going over!!! Looks deserted.
Pros:

The room was clean. There were some kids enjoying the pool. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The exterior of the place looked deserted. The building was falling apart and the weeds have taken over any attempt at landscaping. There was litter all throughout the parking lot.The door to our room had to be forced open because of damage. The place needs a serious upgrade!

It was quiet and comfy. Much better than last stay at that location under different name

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was decent.

Cons:

Dirty washcloth hanging on shower head in room when we got there.
Staff was attentive and immediately took action when advised of another guest smoking weed poolside.

Pros:

Newly renovated. My room was clean and comfortable. The kids lived the pool. The AC was very efficient but the pool area was warm which was ok. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay again if in the area
