Der Aufenthalt war soweit OK, bis auf die sehr überheblich und unfreundliche Dame am Empfang !
Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang bei unserer Ankunft war mehr als überheblich und unfreundlich ! Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und haben immer Pech auf die selbe Person zu stoßen, dadurch werden wir überlegen das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Das weitere Personal war stets freundlich !

Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Fototapete mit Afrikanischen Wildtieren (in unserem Fall eine Giraffe), das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein, Eine Duschkabine wäre besser als eine Badewanne, kaum Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher, eine Minibar fehlt.

Das Amedia Hotel & Suites Leipzig überzeugt besonders durch sein hervorragendes Frühstücksangebot. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig und frisch, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Frühstückspersonal, das den Start in den Tag angenehm gestaltet und stets bemüht ist, Wünsche schnell und freundlich zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Das Amedia Hotel & Suites Leipzig enttäuschte bei unserem Aufenthalt leider auf mehreren Ebenen. Bereits bei der Ankunft zeigte sich das Empfangspersonal wenig kompetent: Die Dame am Empfang wusste nicht, wo sich die Zimmer befinden, und schickte uns in den falschen Trakt, was unnötigen Stress verursachte. Zudem war ein vorab reservierter Parkplatz angeblich nicht verfügbar, obwohl die Hotelgarage fast leer war – das wirkte unprofessionell und ärgerlich. Auch das versprochene Highspeed-Internet entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, da die Verbindung mehrfach ausfiel und die Geschwindigkeit selten über 25 Mbit/s hinausging. Insgesamt hinterließ der Service einen enttäuschenden Eindruck, der den Aufenthalt deutlich trübte.

Wow, wat een fantastische suite. Perfect voor ons verblijf. Prima prijs/kwaliteit in het weekend. Dicht bij centrum, zeker omdat we de fietsen bij ons hadden

Bardzo czysto, sprawna klimatyzacja, co miało duże znaczenie podczas fali upałów, smaczne śniadanie, bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum (choć nie jest to ściśle centrum, to pod drzwi hotelu podjeżdża autobus, a kawałek dalej tramwaj - oba prosto z dworca kolejowego).

Cons:

Fatalne WiFi - w zasadzie praca zdalna w tym hotelu nie wchodzi w grę. Połączenie gubi się, a gdy jest, to zbyt wolne na np. rozmowę przez internet.

Zimmer gut , Personal inkompetent

Die Zimmer und Ausstattung waren gut

Cons:

Das Personal, war nicht kompetent, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und ruhig gebucht, das Zimmer war zur Straße raus.
Beim einchecken sagten wir das wir 2 Rechnungen bräuchten, beim auschecken, ging das nicht mehr, weil der Rechnungslauf durch war
Das hätte man vorher sagen können, dann hätten wir früher dir Rechnung verlangt
Es war völlig in professionell und gleichgültig der Dame an der Rezeption
