Beautiful view from our balcony of the mountains and the creek. Great location.
I booked this room for the location specifically.
I was shocked at the shower size in my room. I could barely turn around and certainly not bend down. I have been on cruise ships with more spacious showers.
It was awesome
The only downfall for me is sometimes as couples we want to just lay in the room maybe watch a movie I would say that would be the only downfall you don’t have options to rent a movie 🎥
Our room was upgraded to our delightful surprise. Unwatchable view, extremely comfortable beds, clean room. We would definitely return.
Great location, nice view and spacious.
TV remote was a simplified version that made changing the channel or finding the guide difficult.
Nice and convenient location
The view from our room was fantastic. The location is also great, close to restaurants.
Nothing to complain really. But if they would serve breakfast, it would be even better.
The location was perfect and easy walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. The view from the balcony and pool were amazing.
Great location and the best view on the strip.
The noise from the busy street.
Location is amazing and the rooms looking over the creek are stunning
Great staff
Na
The reception did their best to get our room ready even though we arrived early. Room overlooking Oak Creek was very peaceful. Room itself was very comfortable. Loved the location
It was difficult to bring luggage up and down the stairs as we are in our 70’s.
Incredible view!!
Bathroom is small, but worth the lesser price and great view
Location. Centrally located to hiking trails and uptown Sedona.
The front parking lot is a bit small to maneuver in.
Beautiful view great access to the shopping center and restaurants convenient parking on site, also the pool was very clean, towels available for the pool ,great view from the pool as well .nice place to relax and enjoy nature while sitting at the Jacuzzi. There are a lot of options to relax there and have peace of mind. I enjoyed the view of the river streaming from my hotel and as well from the pool area.
I wish I had access to the river from the hotel.
Location was good
Staff was atrocious. I did arrive early however only to park and walk to uptown. I returned at 3 as it was pouring rain however was informed by the front desk person that the room wasn’t going to ready til 4pm ( which is the checkin time). As it was pouring rain we waited in the car. I came in to ask to use the lobby bathroom and was informed that they no longer allow use of the bathroom. However when I arrived earlier to park they did allow us to use it. Jennifer at the front desk told us that the public couldn’t use the lobby bathroom. I said “understood”. However I was a paid guest for 2 rooms, not general public walking in off the street. Still she refused. I left. Came back at 4 to checkin. Politely also asked if the manager could come explain to me the situation with the bathroom as I had kids with me. He refused to come speak to me and told the front desk person that we were to go somewhere else and he was going to cancel our reservations. I asked what the reason was and the front desk lady said he doesn’t need a reason. So I said perhaps they should call the owner. So apparently that’s what the manager did and in short order we were checked in.
What a joke. This is an old poorly kept hotel in a good location. Poorly run with pathetic staff ( with the exception of Faye). I had 2 visitors from London with me and they couldn’t believe the treatment we received.
