Great staff

The reception did their best to get our room ready even though we arrived early. Room overlooking Oak Creek was very peaceful. Room itself was very comfortable. Loved the location
It was difficult to bring luggage up and down the stairs as we are in our 70’s.
Beautiful view great access to the shopping center and restaurants convenient parking on site, also the pool was very clean, towels available for the pool ,great view from the pool as well .nice place to relax and enjoy nature while sitting at the Jacuzzi. There are a lot of options to relax there and have peace of mind. I enjoyed the view of the river streaming from my hotel and as well from the pool area.
I wish I had access to the river from the hotel.
Incredible view!!
Bathroom is small, but worth the lesser price and great view
Location. Centrally located to hiking trails and uptown Sedona.
The front parking lot is a bit small to maneuver in.
Location was good
Staff was atrocious. I did arrive early however only to park and walk to uptown. I returned at 3 as it was pouring rain however was informed by the front desk person that the room wasn’t going to ready til 4pm ( which is the checkin time). As it was pouring rain we waited in the car. I came in to ask to use the lobby bathroom and was informed that they no longer allow use of the bathroom. However when I arrived earlier to park they did allow us to use it. Jennifer at the front desk told us that the public couldn’t use the lobby bathroom. I said “understood”. However I was a paid guest for 2 rooms, not general public walking in off the street. Still she refused. I left. Came back at 4 to checkin. Politely also asked if the manager could come explain to me the situation with the bathroom as I had kids with me. He refused to come speak to me and told the front desk person that we were to go somewhere else and he was going to cancel our reservations. I asked what the reason was and the front desk lady said he doesn’t need a reason. So I said perhaps they should call the owner. So apparently that’s what the manager did and in short order we were checked in.
What a joke. This is an old poorly kept hotel in a good location. Poorly run with pathetic staff ( with the exception of Faye). I had 2 visitors from London with me and they couldn’t believe the treatment we received.
Quiet, beautiful view, walking distance to downtown

Swimmingpool und die Lage war prima. Ausblick vom Pool ist super schön
Für 2 Personen war das Bett zu klein
The view was amazing!
The small refrigerator does not go well under the bathroom sink, as we kept kicking it on accident. It would be better next to the coffee machine
The location is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. The pool and our room overlooked the mountains. There was a beautiful creek running right behind the motel.
The price has gone up quite a bit through the years.
It was an ok room. I paid extra money for the balcony view which was great... but the bathroom is super small.
The heating/ac unit was too noisy to keep on
The pool and location were nice.
The room was pointing at the road and made getting to the pool very hard.
View from the garden
We had two rooms on the road side. Both were noisy as they were the closest to a major intersection. One had a problem with hot water flow. Sometimes, after informing the front desk, we had to wait an hour to get water hot enough to take a shower. Others we had to take a shower in a relative's bathroom. Problem was not fixed. Lady at front desk was polite and offered to move us to a different room for our second and last night but we declined because it was too late and too much trouble. Both rooms were poorly designed, no storage amenities, no shelves, no drawers, all our stuff had to be on the floor. Responsiveness of management was nonexistent; expected at least some reduction in one room price after the hot water problem.
