la ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones también, aunque en la recepción son muy amables a la hora de pedir un taxi, no nos atendieron porque tenían mucha gente, pero en general super bien.

Pedimos una toalla adicional a recepción y nunca llegó. La señal de la tv se corta muy seguido.
El alojamiento excelente, pero la comida no fue tan grata. Al pedir una carne termino inglés, me la entregaron como suela de zapato y no tuve respuesta de nadie. Solo el mesero, hizo mueca. La farmacia o tienda que tienen no esta muy surtida. Recomiendo tener alimentos las 24 horas.

El recepcionista enano, de lentes y moreno, muy mala atención, primero me dijo que no le avisé que traía perro y me dió una habitación que no era, pero si reserve una habitación pet friendly y selecciono que traigo mascota es obvio que traigo perro pero como es flojo y atiende de mala gana no reviso, además le dije que si me podía cambiar una factura que pese a qué tenía los datos de mi INE, mi nombre cuando ingresé y le mandé un correo con el RFC especificando el nombre correcto puso lo que quiso y se negó a cambiarla argumentando simplemente que hay para la otra, además las habitaciones se escucha cuando llega la gente en la madrugada de fiesta porque pasan caminando y se escucha fuerte el eco y precisamente estando este mal trabajador no decía nada, por el precio y la atención no vale la pena ir, ya me había hospedado en otros radisson pero en este nunca me vuelvo a quedar, muy mala experiencia, si pueden busquen otra opción, por último la alberca estaba fría pese a qué se supone es climatizada, espero la administración haga algo con este recepcionista mal encarado.
El hotel muy bonito y limpio. La alberca muy padre. En general nos gustó. Está sobre la carretera y la plaza comercial está del otro lado, así que caminamos un poco para ir a comer.

No pudieron cambiar mi fecha de vista si ustedes ni el hotel y eso que la pedí con un mes de anticipación , nunca hubo un a contestación ni afirmativa ni siquiera negativa mal ustedes y el hotel mal todo
Habitación muy cómoda y excelente limpieza
GORGEOUS property! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was nice the patio was gorgeous! Lots of open spaces to just sit back and enjoy the space. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations after a bad experience at a different “hotel” we ran from on the same day. As soon as you stepped foot in the reception it felt clean and safe.
The people stay at the patio way too late there should be quiet time after like 11p at least. I get it’s pet friendly but the barks past midnight were very annoying. Small details about cleanliness like shower glass stains but nothing big really. Also no elevator my grandma is elderly and had to struggle going up the stairs. There is a ramp but you have to go on a quest to find it cause it’s soooo far away.

it was a nice hotel. i broke my arm and my mom came down from the united states to help me. we traversed different hotels during the time, and actually, this was the best one. we were comfortable.
i guess my only takeaway is that we didn't stay longer. because i broke my arm, i had to fly back home to houston, and as you know, toluca has no international airport. so we left the next morning back to my apartment in toluca (only meant for one person) and then took the bus to mexico city. bad idea. mexico city was hot, had no air conditioning - this place had an air conditioning unit and heater.

Bel hotel avec des espaces communs bien aménagés
Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour sa navette avec l'aeroport qui en fait n'est pas destiné aux clients ce serait donc bien de supprimer cette information fausse sur le site. Les chambres donnent sur un hall et sont donc hyper bruyantes car les clients font du bruit tres tard sans que personne ne leur dise rien.
