Pros:

ロケ－ションがとても良かった。施設もとても綺麗でした。

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable accommodation. In a good location.
Pros:

Very professional, helpful & friendly staff both at the desk and in the dinning room. Explained everything clearly with patience and kindness.

Cons:

The breakfast was not to our liking. As western guests we found the menu very ordinary and basic.

ビッグサイトの連泊にばっちり
Pros:

ビッグサイトで展示会がある際は、よく利用しています。
ビッグサイトからは少し距離はありますが、季節によっては風を感じながら歩くと気持ちい距離です。
部屋もきれいでWi-Fiもあり、これからも展示会の際は利用したいと思います。

Average hotel, wouldn't recommend for touristing
Pros:

The staff at the reception was great, they helped us retried my backpack that I forgot in a bus in Nasushiobara, absolute stars, thank you so much for that!
The facilities in the main entrance are clean and the hotel seems like a good alternative for business clients.

Cons:

The room was ridiculously small. Way smaller than any other business hotels we stayed in throughout 3 different visits to Japan.
Also the location is terrible - looking at the map it doesn't look that bad but the connection to Shimbashi, which is a great area pretty close physically, is done via a bus that comes every 10 min but stops running at around 10pm.
The Ariake-tennis-no-mori station goes to central areas but doing a massive loop so it takes 4x over the bus.

I made a bad decision choosing this location as I thought it would make it easier to get to Haneda airport but tbh it would only be particularly close if you'd take a taxi.

I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
