we like the kindness of the staff, I give it a 10
Pros:

service desk was very nice , polite, helpful accommodating a plus all the way around .

Cons:

the room was very small we could not even turn around with a very large suitcase or cart not made for handicap person, bathroom cabin was extra small

前も利用したが、又機会があったら利用したい
Pros:

チェックインに対応してくれた男性の方、とても丁寧な対応良かったです。
施設や駅に近く便利

Cons:

1人男性スタッフ対応良く、他の数人フロントにいたが
声かけや下を向いていて対応なかった。
混み出したら動くのかなぁと思って見てました。

Pros:

Near the station, near ariake tennis arena, comfortable bed n good shower

Cons:

The sensor light in front of the toilet keep on switching on.. N ultimately disrupting my room mate sleeps.. When i wanna go to the toilet in the middle of the toilet.. It will. Switch on by itself from sensor movement n make the room bright. Pls shut it down is so not necessary. Its so annoying.

綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。
Pros:

清潔感があって自販機、洗濯機、レンジ等貸出もあり良かった。スタッフさんの対応がとても親切で良かった。

Cons:

部屋が思ったより狭くてキャリーケース広げるのが大変だった
