値段の割に部屋が狭く感じたが、立地を考えると妥当か。スタッフの対応はとても良かった
Pros:

清潔だし、スタッフ対応も良かった

[追記] 宿泊後の出張手続き関連で領収書について何度か問い合わせたが、迅速かつ丁寧に対応してもらえた。重ねてになるが、スタッフの対応は非常に良いと思う

Cons:

ダブルベッドを両脇にほとんど空間がなく、値段の割に窮屈に感じた
１人での利用だったので、シングルベッドだったら印象も違ったかもしれない

Pros:

Good location right next to the big arena and shopping center.

Cons:

The bath mat had someone’s nail on it and there were hairs around the room.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great customer service, the room was clean, the beds comfy and the bathroom shower was great. We had everything we needed. We were close to the tuna auction, we walked there early in the morning around 5am.

今月、2回目の利用でした。
東京ガーデンシアターからも有明アリーナからも近く移動がラクだったのが助かりました。

有明行く時は、また泊まります。
Pros:

部屋からの夜景が綺麗だったのはご褒美でした！

目的地の有明アリーナも徒歩圏内。
有明ガーデンも近く、そこからのリムジンバスが羽田まで直通なのも非常に楽でした。（ただ本数は少ない）

スタッフも親切で、部屋も清潔で快適でした。

Cons:

朝食会場のラウンジが冷房効きすぎて寒かったです。
周りにコンビニが少なく、ライブ後などは非常に混みます。
