徒歩圏内近くで、楽でした
チェックイン、アウトがしやすかった。早かった。

ロケーションは前回の部屋の方が良かったが、高層階だったのでまずまずでした。
朝食は焼きたてパンもお粥も美味しかった。
深夜に体調が少し悪くなり、毛布と体温計をお願いしたところ迅速に対応して頂いて助かりました。
ロビーのトイレのゴミ箱がペーパーで溢れそうでした…
立地も良くて清潔でスタッフさんも皆さん笑顔で対応してくださっていました。せっかくのウェルカムドリンクは、時間がなくて利用出来なくて残念でしたが、ホテルのプランが朝食付きだったので、とてもお得な気がしました。パンもごはん類やカレーもあってカレー食べる前にお腹がいっぱいになりました。ロケーションも良くて夜も静かでした。
特に良くない事はないですが、テレビのビデオがもう少し充実してくれてたら嬉しかったかな？くらいです。

朝のバイキング、高い割にメニューが少なく、補充も遅い
清潔で駅から近く建物が新しい。フロント男女とも感じがいい。
朝食の写真やエレベーターホールにあるようなラクサやお粥のメニューがなかった。
火が通りすぎなのか、ウィンナー、ベーコン、小さいハンバーグは固く美味しくなかった。白米はべちゃべちゃ。スクランブルエッグも味がない。サラダやフルーツは少なすぎる。おいしかったのはコンソメスープだけ。
部屋の金庫のロックがかからなかった。
禁煙ルームを希望したが、ほんの少したばこのにおいがした。
最寄り駅に近く、今回の目的地、有明アリーナにも近く、どちらからもわかりやすい場所だったこと
