The staff are friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast and on-site parking. Excellent location.
What a wonderful Hotel! Great location and walking distance to everything. Comfortable, quiet and nice comfortable beds with upscale bedding. Nice staff that was very helpful ( John, Jared were so nice explained everything about the area in the hotel.
Joe’s tequila bar which is the hotel restaurant was over the top good. Dinner was fabulous with Paco waiting on us each time. He’s was the greatest !
Now the breakfast which was included with our stay was one like no other. Amazing choices from scratch. Fresh and so good.
Have to give Reyes as one of the friendliest we encountered in New Mexico. Took her time to talk to us each morning to explain about the area . She even shared heritage with us which was super cool. Thank you Reyes for making our stay so pleasant.
Overall, our experience at the Inn on the Amanda was amazing with no negatives whatsoever. 5 star all the way!
The Inn and the staff are wonderful. This is our 4th stay and we are so pleased with everything once again. Rooms are spotless and large..we love the ones w/ a fireplace. The location is very close to Canyon Rd and a short walk up to the Plaza area. Parking is complimentary and a shuttle ride to/from places is a courtesy also. The complimentary breakfasts offer fresh hot entrees (a special each day) and a variety of other choices. If you want a lovely relaxing stay in Santa Fe come to the Inn on the Alameda.
Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable, the staff from the front desk, to the morning breakfast, to the shuttle driver, to the parking attendant, John, the cone man, could not have been more accommodating. This is five star treatment, and our party of six will be back again! Thank you, Inn on the Alameda!
I chose this hotel for my mother and I over others based on the reviews about service and the hotel definitely met this expectation. Exceptional warmth and hospitality was provided by the front desk and breakfast staff. In addition, the deluxe rooms at the hotel were well-furnished, large, comfortable and quiet. While the safe didn't work in our room and it was a bit dark, these were minor concerns give how comfortable the room was (bed, sofa, small patio, bathroom) and the many indoor/outdoor spaces that were to congregate in such as the hotel lobby. The hot tub was also well-maintained and a comfortable temperature. Breakfast had many hot and cold options (including for vegetarians) and the coffee was excellent. Location just a short walk from the Plaza, Canyon Road and bus stops, but slightly out of the hustle and bustle was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
We love this place. The staff are exceptional, the breakfast is wonderful, our room was clean and quiet, parking was convenient, the beds and linens were new, clean and comfortable. The only issue for me (noticed this last year too) is a smell from the bathroom. It’s like a sulfur smell which makes me wonder about the sewer system or water supply. The bathroom itself is immaculately clean but the smell was pervasive. I ended up closing the door at night and lighting scented candles in the room. Otherwise we truly love staying at the Inn and will continue. I hope something can be done about the smell.
A beautiful little hotel, cosy room and a small private garden. Buffet breakfast, excellent staff, 5 minutes walk from the town centre with lots of boutique shops and restaurants.
The Inn on the Alameda exceeded our expectations in every category. The location was perfect - walking distance from old town. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price of the stay. Although all those things were great - the beautiful, friendly staff made our stay even better. Every morning we were welcomed by Sara, Reyes and Irma at the breakfast area - always smiling and ready to help. Thank you ladies! We were going to stay 4 nights, but enjoyed the inn so much, we extended our stay one more day. We look forward to coming back.
Nice and cozy hotel - first night stay . Very friendly staff . John the parking guy is super helpful and friendly
We stayed at inn on the Alameda for a couples getaway to Santa Fe. Every staff member we interacted with was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and our room was very comfortable. I loved the easy switch to turn our fireplace off/on.
The only drawbacks to the hotel is showerhead placement was a bit short for me (I’m 5’10”) and the WiFi was quite slow.
We enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast. Reyes welcomed us to breakfast and it was really incredible - we chose to eat here each morning because it was so good! We all used the laundry room- it was exactly what you would expect.
This was a very walkable location- about 10 minutes to the plaza, easy access to Canyon Rd as well.
I would easily stay here again.

We stayed at Inn on the Alameda for a week and couldn't have been happier. Our room was perfect and immaculate.
The property is beautiful and we enjoyed cocktails and dinner on their beautiful patio. The food and drinks were excellent, the best margarita in Santa Fe!! The breakfast buffet was the best, with so many options. It's not your typical breakfast buffet, the choices were freshly prepared and delicious. The breakfast staff, Reyes and Sara, were some of the nicest people you’ll meet and were so helpful in suggesting activities to enjoy. The afternoon parking attendant, John, always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. I don’t often write reviews but Inn on the Alameda is truly wonderful place in every way. The location was ideal for walking into the plaza and surrounding area. We absolutely will return to stay at Inn on the Alameda. 10/10 stay.

What a quaint, friendly, homey place. The rooms are unique, clean and well done. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and has a choice for every taste. There are beautiful fireplaces in the restaurant and lobby area. Reyes, our new friend, keeps the breakfast place going and greets each person like an old friend. The service is excellent. There is no elevator so if you are in need of one just request a ground floor room, as we did. The restaurant and bar,Joe’s Tequila Bar, in the hotel is marvelous. I would stay here every time I visit Santa Fe.
Great Place with Great Service. I would give them a 6 if I could. Excellent location!! Fantastic breakfast!! Wonderful staff!! We’ll be back!!
We stayed for the first time this April and the grounds were blooming with Spring flowers. The entire staff was so friendly, kind, and accommodating !! They made our stay so very enjoyable, from check-in to breakfast service to Joe’s Tequila Bar! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and there were always such pleasant folks there to help. Dinner at the Tequila Bar exceeded our expectations as service and food were both terrific. The front desk gave great directions and recommendations, and they had umbrellas at the ready and kept the fireplace going on cool, showery days.
We were close enough to walk to the plaza and experience many of the local landmarks. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfy - the corner fireplace was a welcome addition on cool evenings and the sunny balcony was a treat on sunny days. Private parking and walking paths were a bonus.
This is an absolutely delightful hotel with a wonderful staff and very good bar and restaurant! We stayed for 5 nights in February and loved our stay. Reyes, Jose, and the rest of the staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant were exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated in a charming Southwest style. We would definitely stay there again.
A wonderful choice. The staff is incomparable. So warm and welcoming. They even put an orange cone to save my parking spot. Breakfast was very good. Again the servers were there for your every need. The rooms are spacious. The location is ideal. Book here and enjoy.
Great place to stay that's unique and so welcoming! From the Front desk staff, housekeeping, shuttle driver to the sweetest women working the complimentary breakfast...the staff was Amazing!
The rooms are decorated Sante Fe style and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome! Best I have ever had!
I would highly recommend if you want a great hotel at a fair price!
We had a wonderful stay at Inn on the Alameda. We were upgraded to a suite--which was lovely and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel was located close to the historic section of Santa Fe, so easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful, too.
This place is amazing!!!
We only stayed here one night, as we were passing through on our way home. We will stay here again!
This Inn is on the edge of town. It is very walkable to the plaza and surrounding areas of Santa Fe.
The room was very spacious & clean. It had a little courtyard with table & chairs, which was nice. We didn't hear any other people while we were in our room.
The service was great! Christopher explained all about the hotel & the area & gave us some recommendations for meals. We talked about the best time to visit, and what to do in the area.
The Inn is beautiful. There is a restaurant attached (Joe's Tequila Bar), which is amazing! There is also a sitting area in the lobby. Since we were only there for one night, we spent our time walking around Santa Fe.
Love the suite room; we used the fireplace, and I was very happy to have a separate “living” room since I was having back issues and ended up sleeping on the couch several nights as I needed a more firm resting place. The staff throughout the inn was very nice. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with great employees, and I appreciated having the local newspaper there. We also liked the restaurant for dinner. I definitely liked the free parking as it was one of the reasons I chose this place. Two thumbs up. We would recommend you!
