Pulizia in camera tutti i giorni, staff cortese e disponibile.
La mattina a disposizione caffè, the e barrette e una postazione per riempire d'acqua le borracce.

Pleasant accommodation but more importantly the staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

The location was ideal, being in Hell's Kitchen, as it is fairly central to most places of interest in any direction. Lots of good choices for food in walking distance including Times Square and Broadway. Great being in a place that had architectural beauties of the Art Deco era.

Cons:

As the building is older the lifts moved at a tortoise rate, but it was useful that they had 3 running from the lobby.

Soggiorno di una notte al 12th piano, decisamente ottimo e confortevole. Zona comodissima.
Pros:

La camera era confortevolissima, ampia il giusto. Letti comodi, pulizia ottima. Posizione eccellente. Colazione grab&go un po' scarsa.
