Alles in allem ein guzer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Onsen war nicht groß aber absolut o.k. mit Innen und Außenbecken und kleiner Sauna.
wenige Minuten Fahrzeit von der Rinku Town Station die 10 Minuten fussweg entfernt ist zum Airport.

Cons:

Nicht einfach einen Menschen zu bekommen mit dem man sprechen kann und die Dinosaurier am Empfang können nichts klären. Wir kamen um 13:30 an und unser Zimmer war fertig aber wenn wir vor 15:00 Uhr rein wollten sollten wir 1500 Yen zahlen. Das ist mir weltweit noch nie passiert. Entweder das Zimmer ist fertig und man kann rein oder man wird nicht vorher reingelassen oder es ist eben noch nicht fertig. Aber daraus ein Geschäft zu machen hatte ich noch nicht.

Muy mal
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien pero no hay nadie que te resuelva cualquier duda. Nadie habla inglés en un resort, muy mal. No me dejaron entrar en el spa porque llevo tatuajes, me dicen que en Japón la gente con tatuajes es conflictiva pero somos españoles y me sentí muy discriminado. En el siglo en el que estamos y que traten así a los turistas me parece patetico, muy decepcionante.

Cons:

Nadie habla inglés, discriminación por llevar tatuajes y trato del personal inexistente. No volvería nunca

スタッフさんの対応が最高です　笑顔が多かったです

Cons:

朝食は少し物足らなかった　シリアルや工夫が足りないと思う
風呂のロッカーキーの番号が消えており　どこを使っているのかわからなくなってしまった　ので　困った

Pros:

Hotel tres agréable avec vue sur la mer et a une station de métro de l'aéroport. Chambres spacieuses. Le plus: accès au Onsen avec vue sur la mer.

整體來說，是很棒的
Pros:

公共浴池很棒，還有很棒的休憩區，完全可以在那邊待一整天，戶外溫泉的風景也很棒

Cons:

交通位置不是很好，雖然離車站只要步行五到十分鐘，但中間完全無遮蔽物，大熱天或是下雨天會有點麻煩

The hotel is ok. It was our first night in Japan. The hotel is good located.
Pros:

The hotel is good located not too far from the train station and only 1 stop from the Airport Kansai. The breakfast was good enough with a mixture of the traditional Japanese and European food. We have not used the onsen. It could be a good choice if you have an early or late flight and don’t want stressing how to get to/from the airport.
