Good place for a short stay!
Pros:

Nice Location & responsive staff. Kitchen basic items available for use.

Cons:

TV dint work but they managed to replace it after 2 days. Poor wifi strength but they fixed it after 2 days. Main Door not too sturdy.

Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! Le studio est très agréable, propose, joliment aménagé et parfaitement équipé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour confortable.

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Playa del Carmen, avec les commerces, les restaurants et les commodités à proximité, sans pour autant être dans le centre ultra touristique. C’est également un vrai plus de pouvoir profiter de la piscine pour se détendre après une journée de balade, visites et/ou beach volley.

Une très belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter ! J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir. 😊

Rien. Fuir cet établissement. Inondation dans la chambre. Pas de personnel présent. Une femme de ménage qui a bien voulu nous prêter une serviette de courtoisie pour éponger le sol. J ai dû arrêter moi même l arrivée d eau. Nous avions les pieds dans l eau. Valises trempées, chaussures... J ai contacté Booking pour un remboursement car nous devions rester 5 nuits et nous sommes restés juste 1. Nous avons dû trouver un autre logement en urgence. A ce jour, toujours pas de remboursement de la part de Booking. Je me suis fait arnaqué. Merci Booking

This is a great place to stay and experience what Playa has to offer. The Kahlo is my #1 Choice.
Pros:

The communication with the host was terrific. I arrived after 1:00 AM; the prior instructions on how to enter the gated property were excellent and easy to follow. I entered the property and my room with ease. The location for extended stays is one of the best of any booking I've had. Restaurants, groceries and retail are within a block or two. The kitchen 5 stars for the quality and type of pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups and glasses! The public beach access and location to 5th Ave Mall is an easy 10-minute walk. Plenty of Taxis available for 100 MXN Pesos otherwise.

Cons:

The only issue was the intermittent WiFi; although the connection to the router showed 5 bars, the WiFi network crashed or became very, very slow many times. During those times, I used my phone hotspot, and that WiFi connection to my computer was still extremely slow. I assumed it was the local internet provider and not the property. For the most part, I was able to stream effectively.

Very nice and spacious apartment in good location
Pros:

The apartment is super spacious. For a very small extra fee we could check in a bit earlier which made our day so much easier. The kitchen is well equipped (we only made breakfast there).
The best part is the super comfortable bed :)
The location is great for walking to restaurants and the beach.
