Good but could improve more
Pros:

The location and the size of the room. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

No house keeping and you have to pay extra and expect a tip??? Also the shower is really low pressure and the toilet seat is much smaller than the toilet itself. Cockroaches and ants in the room. The whole building needs updating.

Tranquilo, céntrico y cómodo.
Pros:

Realmente solo utilizamos el lugar para dormir porque teníamos muchas actividades programadas, pero las camas fueron cómodas y el lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche que es justo lo que buscábamos. Para la entrega de llaves nos preocupaba que llegábamos 3am pero no hubo problema, así que todo ok.

Quarto grande, roupa de cama de qualidade, acessórios de cozinha bons, resposta rápida da administração.

Cons:

Banho frio; piscina sem controle de qualidade da água e limpeza (cheia de cloro); Nenhum responsável no local, muito barulho, hóspedes fazendo festas até de madrugada; disposição dos lofts um ao lado do outro começando diretamente no portão de entrada, que abre e fecha dia e noite, além de pessoas falando alto passando dia e noite; insetos (baratas)

Perfecta
Pros:

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. El alojamiento es moderno, limpio y muy cómodo. Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad del lugar y la buena atención del personal. La ubicación es práctica para recorrer Playa del Carmen y moverse por la zona, porque está alejado de los antros, pero para ir caminando a la 5ta está perfecto. La relación precio-calidad nos pareció excelente. Si volvemos a Playa del Carmen, sin dudas consideraríamos hospedarnos nuevamente aquí.

Much more than my expectations!!!
Pros:

It was a pleasure to be on this beautiful apartment. All details was perfect, also the whole service. Very quiet, close to the beach and malls, and totally full of confort. I recomend it at all. Thank you very much.

ładnie zaprojektowane mieszkanie, zadbane, wygodne, przestronne, niczego mi nie brakowało, wyposażenie w dobrym stanie technicznym,

Cons:

drobne usterki w łazience (obluzowana główka od prysznica), okna mieszkań na parterze wychodzą na wąskie przejście i zaraz potem murek.
pewien problem polegał na tym, że właściciel oczekiwał weryfikacji poprzez wysłanie skanu dowodu/paszportu przez stronę www, która nie gwarantuje bezpieczeństwa danych, dla mnie no go. ale udało się porozumieć

Confortable, limpio y precio accesible
Pros:

Súper limpio y cómodo! Tenía café, cafetera, pava y mini anafe para cocinar, tenía pileta y cercano a la playa/Qta Avenida.

Pros:

Super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, auch Küche gut nutzbar

Cons:

Leider mit Selbst-Check-In, der leider gar nicht geklappt hat. Wir waren um 18 Uhr an der Unterkunft und hatten keinen Zugang und keine Informationen. Zum Glück hatten wir eine SIM Karte (auch nicht selbstverständlich) und konnten so die Gastgeber kontaktieren. Wir haben dann das Gepäck wieder ins Auto machen müssen und haben uns die Zeit in der Stadt vertrieben. Knapp zwei Stunden später haben wir erst die Zugangsdaten erhalten und konnten erst dann in die Unterkunft. Nach den Startschwierigkeiten hat dann aber alles gepasst.
