Расположение и вид из окна оставляет желать лучшего. Самое обидное , что мы переночевали только одну ночь , а заплатила я за трое суток. Мы вежливо объяснили, что отель нам не понравился и мы переезжаем в другой. Девушка на ресепшен сказала , что нам все равно надо оплатить за трое суток проживания , хотя по факту мы пробыли в номере всего 12 часов …

Tolle Mitarbeiter im Hotel!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt entsprach definitiv dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Menu dort ist auch sehr gut. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Meine Tochter konnte auch entspannt schwimmen im Outdoor Pool.
Aber ganz besonders war das Personal. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich!!! Ich bin aus privaten Gründen nach Armenien gereist und habe Hilfe gebraucht…. Und besonders eine Mitarbeiterin im Hotel hat sich so sehr bemüht mir zu helfen!!! Und auch in der Stadt waren die Armenier total zuvorkommend. Im Großen und Ganzen ganz toll gewesen!

Śniadania były na dobrym poziomie – duży wybór produktów, a co ważne, codziennie inne dania na ciepło, dzięki czemu nie były monotonne. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, z wygodnymi łóżkami, które sprzyjają odpoczynkowi po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Łazienka dobrze wyposażona – dostępne były szampon, żel pod prysznic oraz szczoteczki do zębów, co jest miłym udogodnieniem. Dużym plusem jest codzienna wymiana ręczników, która podnosi komfort pobytu.

Lokalizacja również na plus – hotel znajduje się stosunkowo blisko centrum, a w pobliżu jest metro, co ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście.

To solidny wybór dla osób szukających komfortowego, czystego hotelu w dobrej lokalizacji, zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Cons:

Na minus należy jednak zaliczyć brak ekspresu do kawy – dostępna była wyłącznie kawa rozpuszczalna, co dla miłośników dobrej kawy może być rozczarowujące.

Tak poza tym ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić.
