Good location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The one issue I had with my room was attended to very promptly. The happy hour was appreciated and it was lovely to have drinks and snack available all the time.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy during the nighttime. This was noise from the street.

来年のコンサート＠カーネギーのため予約しました！
Pros:

カーネギーホールの裏口に面していて、日中は閉じていたが、終演後(10時過ぎ)に裏口が開けられ、徒歩10mでホテルに到着！
今回と同じ一流ソリストたちの六重奏コンサートが来年4月に開催と決まったので予約した。ロケーションは完璧

Cons:

ホテルの朝食という程ではない。隣りの席の人が「バターはどこ？」と訊いたら、トースター下の引き出しから出してきて、よく見たらそれぞれ"Butter" "Yogurt"と書かれた札が掛けてあって、トースターの下が冷蔵庫になってました。見つけないで！と言ってるようで笑ってしまいました。
強いて言えば、チェックアウトは誰かいるから24時間OKと言ってたのに、早朝4時のフロントには誰もおらず、”Excuse me!!"と3分くらい叫んだら出てきた。

Highly recommend the Carnegie, and I would stay here again.
Pros:

Great room design & furnishings, clean, friendly staff, terrific location, quiet, comfortable bed.

Cons:

A coffee machine, or even just an electric kettle, in the room would be great.

Best small hotel we have ever stayed in in a city centre
Pros:

such friendly and welcoming staff, shout out to Elijah who made our arrival so good.
All staff were wonderful, location only 5 minutes walk from Times Sq and Central park, underground station next to hotel

A towelling robe in bedroom was really thoughtful, excellent shower, and very comfortable bed and we didn't hear any noise at all. At 5pm you are offered complimentary wine/snacks - what a fantastic idea
Breakfast included fresh fruit, always a plus for us

Cons:

breakfast area is small but we always found a spare table

The stay was perfect.
Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous, small, and located in a great area. The room was a great size for new york city. The bathroom was amazing and water pressure was fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel was a little difficult to find if it's your first time in New York City. Other than that I do not have anything negative to say.
