Our stay was great. We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 nights were great. The lady at the front desk Shay was very great at what she do. She greeted our family with great hospitality. Helpful with anything we needed. Great additude and welcoming smile. Shay was awesome. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice, clean, and spacious and you can grill there. Awesome
Our 3rd night the lady at the front desk seemed rude. I didn't get her name which I should have, but I probably wouldn't stay at this location if she working if we decide to visit in the future. I love to review places I've visit and I'm big on paying attention to how I'm treated and greeted. So my reviews are based on my honest experience.
The property was Great and the stay was easy and comfortable
Breakfast was amazing
Ive machine was not working on my floor but there was an ice machine available on the 1st floor
I was on the 4th floor
Also asking for incidental because i lived in Birmingham was a joke to me
We like everything about this hotel the staff was amazing we got there early so they let us use the pool until our room got clean we will be coming back here again
Bed was too firm, but otherwise great! Shower was wonderful!

Overall Okay. Primary reason for rating is about the noise from the floor above. Guess these places are built paper thin. Did not get a good nights rest...
Nice room clean
The staff are not very friendly. It seems that they would rather be anywhere else but at work. The breakfast needs a lot of help. Not up to Home 2 Suites standards.

Love the area and comfortable and clean
The pool was not open it was May in Alabama. Yet day we left people in pool told staff and they said pool was open when sign said closed and was told not open until Memorial Day. They did not make them leave pool area! Also breakfast was not very good. But had variety for all.
