Really nice but key was an issue
Pros:

Really clean and fancy

Cons:

From the parking you can enter with the phone but you need internet there was no internet so we couldn’t enter and needed to go up the stairs. The phone lock doesn’t work really good in general. Please make sure to have WiFi available at the parking elevated as well

Alles in Allem ein Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis - empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Wir sind als Familie ans eidg. Musikfest nach Biel gereist und für uns war die Lage am Bahnhof Wankdorf ideal.
Für das Frühstück konnten wir den naheliegenden Coop nutzen.
Das Familienappartement war sehr geräumig (Kinder sind erwachsen) und wir hatten genügend Platz auch unsere Uniformen etc. unterzubringen.

Das melhores estadias de sempre
Pros:

Adorámos tudo neste apartamento!! Inclusive o facto de ter uma sala de convívio muito boa, é partilhada, mas nem sempre estão lá pessoas, então conseguimos aproveitar muito bem para relaxar. Existem nesta sala, cápsulas de café, chá, cápsulas para a máquina de lavar a loiça, toalhas, papel higiénico entre outros bens essenciais, que podem levar para o apartamento quando acabam. Há uma sala que tem uma máquina de lavar a roupa, o que também facilita muito. Adorámos a Silvana, que trabalha aqui, que nos esclareceu algumas dúvidas e tivemos uma conversa muito produtiva e agradável com ela, foi uma querida connosco. As camas são confortáveis e extensíveis, parecem pequenas na fotos, mas dá perfeitamente para 2 pessoas. Também há um terraço muito bom do qual podemos usufruir.

Cons:

Só a tv do quarto que foi confuso para nós, sabermos trabalhar com ela

processo para entrada no apartamento precisa ser melhrorado. (app não funciona).
Pros:

estudio muito bem dividido, limpo, agradavel.

Cons:

o acesso ao estudio/apartamento (entrada) foi muito complicado, principalmente quando o app para acesso não funciona. Por sorte, uma outra hospede nos auxilio emprestando o celular. Não foi legal.!! Nos gerou transtornos, atrasos e muita preocupação e stress.

Enjoyed our stay in Bern.
Pros:

Clean, friendly and great value! Travel pass made it easy to get into the center of Bern.

Cons:

A bit confusing at first but still worked out well. Lots of construction around the facility.
