The Art Deco Lobby was beautiful. Half a mile walk to Marquette. The price was extremely reasonable, and our suite was tastefully retro, large and comfortable.

Cleanliness, musty smell in room, television reception and channel options
The Ambassador has an old, antique look that reminds me of the 1930s. I enjoy that charm. The building is well maintained and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. Parking is gated and your vehicle is secured. There are also a couple of restaurants on the main floor so you don't have to leave the premises. I look forward to returning again.
Location and price were great. Prices at the bar/ restaurant were great. All employees i encountered were friendly and helpful.
Noting really. Some riff raff out side the property was annoying but it did not hinder our stay.
Comfortable room. Nice personal items
My room key did not open the door to my room. I was unable to access WIFI using my last name and room number. When I call the hotel, the call Ws answered by AI, a digital assistant. When I asked to speak to front desk, the call was dropped repeatedly. It was necessary to go down to the front desk twice to connect to WIFI.
I found the signs for parking outside the building confusing, ninety minutes or thirty minutes.

Coffee pot didn't work. Shampoo and conditioner and soap containers were empty. 7 shootings that night 4 real close.
Staff friendly bar cute hotel cute rooms were nice . Parking was 25 a night and that seems high if you are staying at the hotel
