Příjemné a pohodlné ubytování
Pros:

Líbila se mi skvělá poloha hotelu. Personál byl velmi příjemný, úslužný, vstřícný, vždycky ochotný pomoct. Pokoje byly prostorné a čisté, přesně jak jsem je viděla při rezervaci. Celkově jsem ocenila pohodlné a příjemné prostředí.

Cons:

V jednom pokoji byla chladnička součástí jeho vybavení, zatímco ve druhém pokoji chyběla.

Fantastic location but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to fishermans wharf and streetcar stop 2 minute walk around the corner.

Cons:

1) Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. We had to ask to move rooms after the first night as the noise was unbearable.
2) Beds and pillows were also uncomfortable which made matters worse so we all left with tired with sore necks and backs.
3) Pool was closed and whilst you could use neighbouring hotel pools we didn’t want to go wandering the streets in our swimwear.
4) I requested a fridge in advance to store medication, it took 24 hours into our stay and 3 visits to reception to make this happen.

Great location!

Cons:

There was only one staff member for the entire floor, and we had to change the bed linen ourselves because it was dirty. Other than that, everything was good.

The breakfast was quite basic, mostly ready-made sandwiches to go. Coffee is available for free to everyone in the mornings.

Pros:

We understood that the fisherman wharf is better located in San Francisco (less crime and drugs addict in the streets), so we preferred this location.
The room was fine. Nothing special to mention.

Cons:

Breakfast is taking a cold sandwich from the store (you may use the microwave to make it warm and less tasty).
They didn't find the key to the laundry, so we couldn't use it.

Это была наша финальная точка путешествия по Калифорнии. Номер просторный, чистый, есть парковка. При заселении дали ваучеры на напитки в баре.

Cons:

Из минусов: воду в номер принесли только раз, дорогая парковка, ваучер на напитки работает очень ограниченное время. В период нашего проживания бассейн не работал, к сожалению, узнали об этом уже после приезда

Pros:

The location and clean rooms. Great gym, but the pool was being repaid in our summer stay which was bad timing I believe.

Cons:

The breakfast arrangement is badly set up and they should have planned the pool repair in the autumn or winter not in the summer.
