Sehr hübsches mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Hotel, ziemlich zentral: hervorragendes Frühstück und genialer Nachmittagstee mit Snacks und Wein- absolut unübertrefflich!!

Cons:

Vielleicht könnte das Kellergeschoss etwas wärmer und heller sein- aber man ist dort sowieso nur zum Schlafen..- und es gibt einen Heizlüfter!-Vielen Dank dafür!

Great location for Alcatraz and fisherman’s wharf.

Cons:

Quite expensive, but at least the resort fees were included in the booking.com price. Around $70 for parking felt excessive- its wasn’t even a secure lot.

Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Absolutely exceeded our expectations, the location was wonderful, the staff all were wonderful. It smelled good like a Disney resort, the amenities were plentiful. I am so happy I chose this hotel. A little out of my budget but I’m happy.

Cons:

The breakfast breads (bagels) very pricey, but there was a decent selection.

Good option to stay close to Fisherman's Wharf
Pros:

I looove the scent of the lobby when you first walk in.
There's a pool table area that my friends and I spent a lot of time at. It was great to have a space where we could just have fun and hang out. Location is fantastic, it literally is just a few steps away from Fisherman's Wharf.

Cons:

I wish there were other ways of accessing the rooms. They had us staying in a room at the very end of the hallway, and it felt like quite a trek just to leave to fill up my water bottle.
