Subject: Request for Refund Due to Poor Service Experience

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. For a hotel at this price point, the level of service was far below my expectations.

The restaurant staff provided an extremely poor experience. We were not greeted upon arrival, and during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the staff seemed more focused on rushing guests out rather than providing hospitality. On multiple occasions, our plates were taken away without asking if we were finished.

The lack of courtesy continued when we were using an umbrella during the rain. A staff member approached us, closed the beach umbrella without politely explaining the situation, and told us we could not have it open. The way this was handled felt very rude and unwelcoming.

The bartenders also provided disappointing service. Overall, the restaurant and bar staff showed very little hospitality or customer care. The front desk staff were somewhat better, but the overall experience was still not what we expected.

Given the amount paid for this stay and the poor service received, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these service issues.

I didn’t have the best experience.
Pros:

It was good, but it looks so much better in photos. The room that I booked was not the room that they gave us. I dismiss my dates and the didn’t notify us and they charge me 1 night additional. Also the restaurants were no always available.

Todo estaba excelente, los trabajadores super atentos y amables, la muchacha de la recepción encantadora, desde el de la puerta hasta los de la piscina son excelentes personas, el trato super amable, como si te conocieran de toda la vida,
La comida super buena el buffet era super variado nunca se repetía lo mismo y estaba delicioso, la comida muy rica el desayuno especial, el almuerzo, la cena,
Es un hotel al que regresaré sin duda

muy tranquilo de noche, justo para descansar...

Cons:

el horario de la alberca grande.... cerrar a las 6 es muy temprano considerando que baja el sol pasadas las 5, para los que no vamos a broncearnos tanto.

muy repetitivo 2 o 3 guisos en el comedor.
