Worst stay I have had in over 27 years of business travel in the US.
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be the next day

Cons:

The entrance roadway to the hotel was horrific. I arrived at 10pm and as I was driving into the parking lot and the road was littered with massive potholes (3.5 inches deep and 2 feet wide). I hit one and it blew the sidewall out of my tire and wrecked it. Hotel staff said they had been complaining about the road to the South Park business association for months but they would not do anything about it. The hotel did nothing for me and I had to spend then next day finding a tire and getting it replaced at my cost of $250. When I came back hours later that day to put the new tire on the car magically alll of the potholes were repaired. When I asked the hotel management they somehow couldn’t tell me the phone number of the business association or their office location.but somehow they got a hold of them to fix the road. Worst nights sleep, $250 out of my pocket for a tire, and hotel management lying to me about how or who to contact for the cost of my tire when they obviously contacted them to fix the road while I was gone getting my tire replaced and did absolutely nothing to help me. Don’t stay here unless you want crappy customer service. Worst stay I have ever had in all of my years travelling for business.

The room smelled like a wet towel.
Pros:

It was a standard hotel. There was nothing much that stood out to me.

Cons:

The room felt like a wet blanket, smelled like it, and actually WAS wet. The sheets, comforter, carpet, even the curtains were all damp. It was like sleeping in wet socks.

Great location, comfortable quiet stay!
Pros:

Great Location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
I asked front desk staffer if I could have a top floor away from elevator. My only choice was 1st floor or 2nd floor right NEXT to elevator. I was a little nervous about it being too noisy, but surprisingly it was fine! That was on a Sunday, so Crisis diverted!

Pros:

The property was very clean! The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. There was rust in the tub that made it look dirty but other than that no complaints. I would stay there again.

Great Value
Pros:

Clean and spacious room with good air conditioning, larger than normal hotel fridge, coffee maker was plugged in and ready to go, friendly staff, good indoor pool area (kiddo approved), and the coffee machine for breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pillows aren't full-size

Pros:

Location was perfect, room was clean.

Cons:

The room was a strange design. Lots of space, but a lot of unusable areas. The cost was at the high end of my costs for a single night stay over a 2 week period.
