Great stay!
Pros:

We were upgraded.

Cons:

There was an issue with the amount of nights we were staying. Told this was booking.com fault. This stressed me out. Then found out later it was to do with hotel. The fridge froze our food and drinks. Couldn't see where to adjust this.

Pros:

When I arrived, the lovely lady at reception realised I was travelling with my 14yr old she moved us to a room with two beds. She was very attentive and helpful, we had no expectation of this happening so it was a lovely experience to have. The room was absolutely spotless.

the bathroom in our friends room (we did the booking) didn't have adequate ventilation and was so wet by the time a family of 4 had had a shower. Condensation made everything very wet

Exceptional
Pros:

We loved the exceptional customer service that we received from Lorraine. She was very welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. She gave us an unexpected upgrade and a run down on places to visit.
The room was super clean and a lovely comfortable bed. We would definitely book again if passing through Blenheim.

Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, we were upgraded at no extra charge and the room was very modern, warm, clean, and no noise from the road. Will make it our go to stay when in Blenheim from now on.
