the bathroom in our friends room (we did the booking) didn't have adequate ventilation and was so wet by the time a family of 4 had had a shower. Condensation made everything very wet

Exceptional
Pros:

We loved the exceptional customer service that we received from Lorraine. She was very welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. She gave us an unexpected upgrade and a run down on places to visit.
The room was super clean and a lovely comfortable bed. We would definitely book again if passing through Blenheim.

Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, we were upgraded at no extra charge and the room was very modern, warm, clean, and no noise from the road. Will make it our go to stay when in Blenheim from now on.

It’s comfortable clean accommodation. Blenheim seems to be a thriving little town. We went to an outstanding performance

Good location and easy walk into the centre of the town. By the river with some pleasant walks
. Wi-Fi was good

Cons:

It’s getting a little tired. The toilet is dripping. The heat pump is noisy. The television is unbelievably slow so it can’t be used for watching anything really.

Very comfortable stay with welcoming host and all the facilities we needed.
Pros:

Super location and quite clean and attractive. The staff for a quick to help us change rooms when they recognized that we would be better served in another one.
