Mantenimiento: la caja fuerte no funciona; ofrecían cajón con llave de seguridad.
Limpieza: El suelo de la ducha es de baldosas y las juntas de las baldosas y la unión con la mampara están negras de la humedad acumulada.
Equipamiento: pocas perchas, pero nos buscaron más. Pedimos una almohada más

Wonderful location!
Pros:

Wonderful location. Our room had a great view of the plaza and cathedral.
We paid for the breakfast on our way out of town for convenience and it was great too.

Best location, great stay
Pros:

Excellent location, great view of the plaza from the room, close to everything! The building has an elevator which is great after all the walking. The room was very spacious, loved the separate seating area. Beds were good, the AC worked great. We did not hear the noise from the street even when there are several bars right on the corner. There is a minibar that does not cool very much. Check in was easy, they have no parking, but you can park briefly to unload your luggage and then park underground a couple blocks away with a discount from the hotel. We did not have breakfast there as it is a bit pricey.

Cons:

There was no counter space for your own toiletries in the bathroom, as it is very large it could use a shelf or 2 for that.
