Clean and very nice bar and restaurant area

It was complicated to drive in and out of the hotel

Unsatisfactory service and stay

The location was good.

Cons:

The front desk person was very short with me and didn’t go over any details like she did with other guests. None of my requests were granted. The room we checked into had hair all underneath the bed sheets which is disgusting with possible lice or other filth. The man brought my son a playpen and it was beyond filthy with all kinds of red and colorful stains in it with dirty sheets and comforter. I informed the front desk and she gave us another room which was on a lower floor and I requested a higher level floor and it was very dark as the window overlooked the insides of the lobby. I went to warm my food up in the lobby microwave and yet and behold it was hair all in it so I did not use it. This was not a good experience for me and my family. I even called the manager a few times but couldn’t get to speak with him on the phone to inform him about this horrible experience. We won’t be staying here again as it was the worse Marriot we have ever stayed at.
