Disappointed
Cons:

We had booked a smoking room. We appreciate the smell in smoking rooms lingers however I strongly recommend they inspect and clean their a/c filters more often and wash their drapes more often.

Pros:

房間算大，三人房和二人房空間都很足夠，房間裡面有淨水機可以直接飲用，很貼心幫我們安排在同樓層，行李入住前後都可以寄放，門口有地鐵站，走路不到10分鐘有中峇魯市場、great world購物中心

Cons:

地鐵回飯店的通道很多KTV和酒店，洗衣服曬在房間不容易乾，不知道是不是新加坡空氣比較潮濕

Comfortable enjoyable stay
Pros:

Beautiful older style hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The buffet restaurant offers extensive breakfast options which we enjoyed. In room dining has a good range and the meals were delicious and arrived quickly. MRT Havelock station super close.
The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day & there was a dryer available to dry our wet swimwear before we left.
We used the luggage storage before and after our stay & it was great

Cons:

The checkin process takes a surprisingly long time.

Bien mais y a eu plusieurs problèmes.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. La proximité avec river by the bay, ou l'accès au métro sont vraiment appréciable.

Le coin piscine est calme et bien fait.

Le personnel a fait son possible face aux différents problèmes rencontrés.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre extrêmement humide. Les draps du lit en étaient même mouillé.
Mais les employés nous ont mis un déshumidificateur qui a changé la donne.

Le dernier jour les ascenseurs étaient tous en panne. Heureusement l'accueil a su intervenir pour nous aider avec nos valises.

Nous avons eu une chambre au 16eme étage. Là où des travaux avaient lieu à la sortie des ascenseurs. Il n'était pas pratique d'accéder aux boutons et la zone en face des ascenseurs étaient restreintes.

Very comfortable. Also had laundry facilities which was useful.
Pros:

Very central and could walk to the tourist sections of the city. Extremely clean and all facilities were excellent. The staff very helpful.
