Im Großen und Ganzen gut, ausser die sparsame Ausstattung.
Pros:

tolles Industrial Ambiente

Cons:

Viel zu wenige Möglichkeiten / Haken /Garderobe, um im Familienzimmer von vier Personen Kleidung aufzuhängen. Im Bad gar kein Regal / Ablage, komplett offene Dusche bzw. wie eine große Nasszelle, der Boden war auch trotz Aufpassen völlig nass.

I liked the place, the stuff was really helpful
The location is amazing, just a couple of mins walking to ostbahnof. You literally can get to the city centre in 10 mins

Excellent value for money in a cool part of Munich. Room is small but it's not a problem. Comfortable bed and nice shower.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Personal. In der Umgebung gab es viele Restaurants.

Cons:

Bett ist etwas hart, aber für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung. Trotz Lüftung war es sehr warm im Zimmer.

Viel zu teuer für das was geboten ist..
Pros:

Der Stil und die Farben. Die Lage und Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind mehr als klein und eng. Auf den Bildern sehen sie doppelt so groß aus.. die Koffer kann man nirgends hinstellen weil es so klein ist, man kann nichts auspacken und muss immer über den Koffer springen oder ihn ständig rumschieben um sich bewegen zu können.
hat mehr etwas von einem Bed&Breakfast - dafür müsste aber der Preis halbiert werden.

Buen lugar para una estancia por trabajo.
Pros:

La ubicación nos pareció buena, buen acceso a trasporte, es una zona joven y con vida.
Puede haber ruido afuera toda la noche.

Cons:

La habitación es MUY pequeña. Es adecuada pero se vuelve incomoda porque no hay donde poner nada.
