Pros:

The room was clean. Staff were polite. Location near Ost Banhof is convenient.

Cons:

Don't be seduced by photos of the big wheel and modern touches of interior design: this is a very basic hotel, maybe two star and certainly no more than three. It has aggressively dynamic pricing - when demand is low or you book early, it can be cheap, but if, like us, you only book a month in advance on a holiday weekend, you'll end up overpaying for a pretty crappy room. Our 'family' room was a small double room with two uncomfortable camp beds squeezed into it. Even the double bed was not comfortable. There is no controllable air con - maybe a central building system but our room was stuffy and hot and we couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom was a bit of a joke: no shower cubicle, so the floor gets soaked when someone takes a shower. Very mediocre, low pressure shower, too. Instant coffee sachets only, no milk. Basically, this place presents itself as a boutique hotel and charges accordingly, but has very basic facilities. For the money, you can do better elsewhere. I regret booking here.

Excellent!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a trendy area. Room was very comfortable with big window, bench and very clean and modern bathroom. Located 5 min walk to train station with shops nearby. Staff were very welcoming and nice reception area.

If you don’t mind small room it’s good value.
Pros:

It was very convenient location next to ostbahnhof and plenty of places to eat right outside of hotel.

Super Lage, Zimmer mit chic Design, klein aber man hat alles was man braucht

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer hört man das Wasser laufen von anderen Zimmer sehr deutlich, wurde mehr Mals in der Nacht dadurch aufgeweckt :(
