Pros:

Very well located in Ginza, close to a few metro stations. Staff is very nice and welcoming. There is free coffee, and washer and dryer to use for a few hundred yen. Even saw a machine to vacuum seal bags of clothes.

Cons:

Minus would be the size of the rooms - could not open our suitcases, and there was a smell of feet / closed space in our room. Other than that it’s perfect if you don’t want to spend too much money or time in your hotel room.

Great location, but small rooms.
Pros:

I didn't partake in the breakfast, but the facility was clean, and easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and having coin-operated laundry on site was helpful. The location is in a busy spot of town, with plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room is very small. It was challenging to fit luggage in the space and be able to move freely.

Decent stay
Pros:

Good location, staff is great

Cons:

Rooms are not so clean. They clean around things but not behind or under. For example, under the bed is extremely dusty which can be an issue for people with allergies. Nevertheless, it should be clean and it isn't. Rooms are also very small

Découverte du centre ville Tokyo / Ginza et alentours
Pros:

Emplacement très bien situé dans quartier de Ginza et accès rapide au métro. Personnel disponible et très accueillant. Equipement de l'hôtel très complet (nécessaires de toilettes, laverie,...). Propreté des locaux.

Cons:

Chambres assez petites. Un placard de rangement aurait été apprécié à l'entrée du logement pour ne pas encombrer le peu d'espace avec sa valise.

Pros:

東京観光で利用。
午前中11時に荷物だけ預けようと行ったところ、たまたま部屋の準備ができていた部屋を案内してくれて、少し部屋でゆっくりできたので助かりました。
枕が臭くて、フロントに連絡したらすぐに変えてくれました。へやは、広くないですが、子供とふたりなら十分。
アイロンはサロニアでした。

Cons:

エアコンのフィルターのほこりが、、、。
換気扇や他のところは、ほこりのフィルムが貼ってあって、きちんとされている感じはしました。
