Unbeatable location.
Pros:

Unbeatable location, with lift access direct from street level to your room. All 3 convenience stores located nearby, including Doutor coffee. The room is cosy and slightly dated, but for the reasonable price and location it is still worth it. We also liked that the lobby level had places to rest, especially for when you need to hang out on your final day before flying out in the evening. The laundry is very effective (separate dryer and washer) which means clothes dry better compared to hotels with washer/dryer combos.

Cons:

Room and bathroom size is cosy on the smallish side.

Great location in main transit hub, clean and moderately comfortable hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Nice, clean, standard hotel with amenities available (coffee, cold/hot water, tea and toiletries/care products, umbrellas to borrow). Short and easy walk to a major transit points and walkable distance to tourist spots in Ginza.

Cons:

The beds were very very firm, even for someone who likes a firmer bed. Not necessarily uncomfortable though. The pillows, however, were horrible lol so if you have room for it I’d bring my own.
