quite, good location. friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

we got our room, it was really tight. my wife talk to the reception and they promise us a corner room for the rest of our stay. very nice of them. but still the room is tight, understandable since this is Tokyo. location is in the center of Ginza

Pros:

Posizione ottima , camere molto accoglienti anche se piccole . Una infinità di cosmetici e oggetti di comfort a disposizione gratuitamente (ciabatte, spazzolino da denti, creme varie uomo e donna).

Cons:

Colazione offerta nel sottostante bar convenzionato, molto ridotta ma accettabile.

Our stay
Pros:

Rooms typical of most in Japan rather small for 2 people. Safe and easily accessible (10min walk to most popular locations/dtations). Front desk especially the taller gentleman very courteous and he spoke English well. They have coffee or tea available at lobby along w t vacuum bag presser to space minimalizing of your clothes. Shower hand held was not adjustable but can adjust water to very hot. Its connected to small lav which was rather interesting. No shaving in small bathroom. AC was good and bed was firm and comfortable. Very quiet rooms. They don't allow early check ins so 3:00 is it. They accept luggage storage before and after your stay.

Quarto é bom, limpos, hotel muito bem localizado

Cons:

Café da manhã e muito limitado, pois é servido em uma cafeteira ao lado do hotel. Não é buffet, com 4 opções simples. Sem frutas, sem suco.
