Pros:

Un séjour incroyable dans ce bel hôtel. Vue magnifique, le lac Eibsee à proximité, les paysages sur les montagnes et les gorges à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est trés joli, les équipements au top (piscine, hammam et sauna), petit déjeuner très bon et chambre très confortable !

Pros:

Geweldig ontbijt en een uitstekend restaurant. Personeel was over het algemeen uitstekend. In het restaurant was niet altijd voldoende personeel. Degene die dan werkte moest dan wel erg hard werken.

Sehr sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles wurde bestens erklärt. Mitarbeiter insgesamt sehr freundlich. Sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück war ok, in der Tiefgarage konnten unsere e-Bikes gegen Gebühr sicher untergebracht werden. Ruhige Lage, kleines Hallenbad und Saunen konnten wir auch nutzen.

Cons:

Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Wellnesbereich wurden die Getränke nicht nachgefüllt.

Es war schön.
Pros:

Der Bergblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön!!! Das gute Essen, die Vielfalt am Frühstücksbuffet war toll.
Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich! Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zu plüschig/ zu überladen dekoriert!

Cons:

Es war leider ein unangenehmer Chlorgeruch im Treppenhaus.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns besonders gut gefallen – alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe, und das Hotel war auch bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Hotels.

Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, zwar eher klein, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer, eine Suite, war hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel.

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es jedoch: Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns einige Drogerie- bzw. Pflegeartikel gewünscht. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass keine Minibar vorhanden war.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichneter Kulinarik
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich exzellent und die Auswahl reichhaltig. Auch das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
Der Blick vom großen Balkon auf den Waxenstein ist spektakulär.

Cons:

Leider waren im Spa Bereich die Handtücher und Getränke schon um 17:00 vergriffen und wurden auch bis 19:00 nicht mehr aufgefüllt (Das wurde glaube ich schon mehrfach kritisiert...).
Das Klappbett/Sofa in der Junior Suite ist für Erwachsene doch ein bisschen sehr klein.

Une parenthèse à la montagne dans un lieu historique (hôtel construit il y a 150 ans)
Pros:

Hôtel situé à proximité du Lac Eibsee, parking gratuit et belle vue sur les montagnes depuis notre chambre. Hotel présent depuis 150 ans mais avec équipements modernes. Petit-déjeuner varié avec produits de la région. Piscine, sauna et Hamam pour un moment de détente après randonnée.

Cons:

La formule dîner inclus : nous aurions apprécié que le serveur nous informe qu’il fallait prendre le menu et non à la carte. Finalement lors du check-Out le réceptionniste a été arrangeant et a déduit le coût du menu de notre facture.
