Nous avions un chambre qui donné sur la cours une table etait installé en dessous de notre chambre et des personnes se sont installés pour parler et fumer l odeur de la cigarette remonté dans la chambre et avec la chaleur nous ne pouvions pas fermer la porte fenêtre car l'hotel ne dispose pas de climatisation. A minuit obligé de leur demander de se taire.
C est vraiment trés decevant et je ne comprend pas pourquoi l hotel ne laisse pas la terrasse de l hotel ouverte aprés 22h pour les gens qui souhaitent se reunir pour parler est fumer plutôt que de les faire aller dans la cours de l hotel qui donne sur des chambres

Sehr schönes, zentral in Grainau gelegenes Hotel. Wir sind auf Empfehlung der Rezeption vom Hotel zum Eibsee gelaufen (um von dort zur Zugspitze zu fahren), dies ist mit einer schönen Wanderung in knapp 90 Min möglich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Für ein Wanderwochenende perfekt!

Piękny widok z okna, pokój był przestronny i miał fajny retro klimat. Duży wybór na śniadaniach i dobre świeże jedzenie. Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu byl bardzo przyjemny i udany. Personel mily i pomocny.

Cons:

Kabina prysznicowa niestety jest za mała żeby się w niej swobodnie i komfortowo umyć.
Hotel oferuje możliwość zakupu biletów na wyciągi Alpspitze i Zugspitze, ale niestety wbrew wcześniejszym zapewnieniom nie mogliśmy z tego skorzystać, ponieważ Pani na recepcji, była nowa i nie potrafiła tego zrobić, wiec personel nie jest dokładnie przeszkolony.
