The biggest problem is that Quinto Elemento is not actually a hotel, but rather a motel for couples. My main complaint is that the way it is presented on Booking.com does not make this fundamental difference sufficiently clear.

As a result, it is not suitable for someone intending to stay there as they would in a regular hotel, where they might need to work from their room. For example, there is no proper desk or workspace available.

The biggest issue, however, is the noise coming from the surrounding rooms. Guests do not seem to respect quiet hours. During my stay, the occupants of a neighboring room played very loud music at 3 a.m., in addition to the loud moaning that could be heard on virtually every day of my stay.

I believe the advertisements should make it much clearer that this is a property primarily intended for couples.

La señora de recepción fue muy amable.
La comida del restaurante bastante rica.

Habitación muy pequeña.
La cama muy aguada, el control de la tv no funcionaba y había una loseta rota en la esquina de la cama que le hizo una cortada en el pie a mi pareja.

Había demasiado ruido, se escuchaba música a todo volumen con unas bocinas. El servicio del personal fue regular y tenian muy mala cara, contestaban muy a fuerza.
