We arrived in Singapore 4:30am, WAAAYYYY before our check-in. The night clerk was extremely accommodating. They were full so we couldn't get our rooms early, but he stored our luggage and opened up the rooftop pool area for us early so we could go for a swim and nap in the lounge chairs (he even gave us a choice of music!). The pool area has beautiful views of the city btw. The morning staff (Katie and Syukran) were equally accommodating and tried their best to get us in to rooms as early as possible. I highly recommed staying at Naumi!
We had an amazing stay here. Clean rooms, beautiful view and excellent customer service, especially from Katie and Syukran! If I return to Singapore I will 100% stay here again

We chose this hotel for a reason, through the many positive reviews from others online! When we arrived, we initially wanted to pay for a room upgrade for our anniversary. But lovely enough, Katie has given us an upgrade for it so we could better enjoy our anniversary stay here in Singapore. Wishing everything good for Naumi SG!

It was a very clean hotel, drinkable water from the faucet was a big plus!
The gym wasn't really a gym but a 3x3 meters room and a couple dumbbells. Not enough to get started.
Staff excellent all departments reception especially but pool lady , cleaning staff, restaurant, all helpful and friendly! Wifi great. The pool and pool area that whole arrangement on the roof is so relaxing and reviving. i could have stayed up there the whole trip.
I thought the room a bit unusual , layout wise with regard to washing abolution shower etc . ..but not insurmountable, i like to shave in the bathroom , for example :-)
No issue with hotel wifi, all good , but don't get caught walking round in blistering heat with no data/satnav- walking extra blocks is an absolute no no !

The hotel is a small boutique one in the middle of Singapore. Great value for money and we got upgraded to the suite so it was fantastic. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for couples, beautiful view and a very comfortable stay
A lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I especially loved the pleasant fragrance in the lobby, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially considering it's a 5-star hotel:
- The chili sauce was unavailable for two consecutive days.
- The tea supplies were not replenished for one day.
- Nail clippers were unavailable upon request, and no shaving razor was provided in the room.
- There was no option to watch the World Cup on the in-room TV.
Close to everything. Downtown is 15-20 minutes walk. Pool on the rooftop with a perfect view on the downtown skyscrapers 😍
