Great location just needs some review of staff roles

Cons:

Best place was the fantastic view from the rooftop bar - but unfortunately there wasn’t any staff present and at 20:00 they wanted room service costs for 2 drinks at the bar - why not have a bar person?????

Pros:

Schönes, geräumiges uns sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war unser Highlight. Perfekt für eine Abkühlung mit Top Aussicht auf die Skyline. Ab 17:00 konnte man an der Poolbar etwas trinken.

Great for a short trip
Pros:

Great location, small but comfortable room, nice and quiet at night, lovely comfortable bed.

Cons:

Every time I showered the water flowed under the door and into the room, soaking the bathmat and anything else in the area. Also the tap in the sink looked stylish but splattered everywhere every time it was turned on. I tried using it from lots of different angles but nothing kept the water in the basin. A very wet affair - definitely style over function!

Great room with a lot of space and cleaness. Also the view was nice. Probably a upper floor would have been even better. The pool are on the roof was woow (and nobody except me :-)

Die Lage und die Dachterrasse müssen viele unglückliche Details wettmachen.
Pros:

Das Hotel fällt in der Region aus dem Muster - Es ist deutlich kleiner als anderen und entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und der Pool und der Blick sind perfekt! Nachmittags gibt es oben am Pool eine Happy Hour mit kostenfreien Getränken die gut angenommen worden ist.

Cons:

Nachlässig ist das Hotel leider in den Details und dort definitiv nicht 5-Sterne Niveau wie bei booking noch angegeben. Das Frühstück ist ok und den Preis nicht wert, da die Auswahl überschaubar ist. Die Klimaanlage in den Räumen war leider sehr laut, auch auf kleinster Stufe haben einen störende Geräusche die ganze Nacht begleitet. Zu guter letzt haben wir auf der Dachterrasse essen bestellt, während das Essen sogar ziemlich gut war, kam jedes Gericht einzeln in Papier und Plastik Boxen und Besteck. Das war weder unserer Erwartung entsprechend, noch dem Preis und absolut nicht dem gewünschten 5-Sterne Niveau des Hotels.

Confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Super hotels très bien placés, vous pouvez visiter la ville à pied. 10 min de marche pour rejoindre les différents quartiers touristiques.
La piscine sur le toit est superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur le quartier des affaires.
Nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Singapour.

Bellissimo soggiorno ad agosto
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo staff è stato cordiale, disponibile e sempre gentile. La struttura è bella, curata e molto pulita. Bellissima anche la nostra camera, una Habitat King, spaziosa e confortevole.
Bella anche la piscina.

La posizione è molto comoda e centrale, ideale per spostarsi e visitare la zona.

Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri!
