Location and staff
Had booked hotel for infinity pool, but was closed for 2 weeks. It was a real shame, hotel did offer pool at sister hotel.

Good location and the pool was nice
Had issues from check in at midnight with getting to room on 5th floor and key didn’t work so had to go back to front desk to get new keys. Booked a king room and rate and first night was two twin beds and second night pushed beds together. But worst part was shower only stayed hot for a couple minutes and then was luke warm which I asked them to look at while I was at dinner the 2nd night which they said they did but still only a minute or two of hot water the last morning before my flight. I never complain and only write bad reviews when something is really bad. I travel 80% for work and this is maybe the 3-4 bad review I’ve had to write and gave the front desk a chance to make it right at checkout with an adjustment which they referred me to a general email which to their credit did respond but offered a discount on a future stay which I likely won’t be in Singapore again for a couple years and when I do will certainly not stay at this property.
