Un lieu idéal pour découvrir agréablement la Serra da Eltresa
Pros:

Adorable séjour en montagne. Les photos sont très représentatives du lieu. Nous avons aimé la vue depuis notre chambre, le design de l hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel qui a à cœur que votre séjour se passe bien. En plus le lieu était plutôt calme à cette période. Les rando sont vites accessibles à pieds, e-bike. Et nous avons aussi fait un petit tour à la fabrique où ils confectionnent de très jolis produits. Très bon restaurant sur place, les plats sont très copieux. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Demorou a passar. Inclusive voltamos um dia antes do fim da estadia.

A simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários(inclui as funcionárias do restaurante responsáveis pelo pequeno-almoço)

Cons:

Não achei que o hotel esteja preparado para receber hóspedes em turismo de verão. Não há uma piscina exterior, não há um deck exterior ligado com a piscina interior, não há uma varanda em deck que possibilite o hóspede apanhar sol, entre alguns outros detalhes que poderiam ser melhorados para um conforto maior.

אין אוירה אוטנטית של מפעל שהוסב למלון. העיצוב מיושן. הפקידות קבלה לא דוברות אנגלית. ארוחת בוקר בסדר. שדרגנו לסוויטה אך אין בה שום דבר מיוחד חוץ מגודל.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Very big, spacious room. Huge bathroom. Big windows with option to open and sit outside the room and admire the view. Nice indoor pool. Very friendly staff.

Supongo que era por ser mediados de junio, pero no había nadie en el hotel, la recepción tiene horario raro y por tanto la piscina y la sauna también . (De 14 a 20)

Le lieu est très beau et l'hôtel très bien situé avec des vue magnifique.

Cons:

J'aurais apprécié que le personnel de la réception parle au moins anglais, malheureusement elle ne parlait que portuguais. Par contre très gentille.
Le bar était un peu pauvre pour un hotel de cette catégorie pas beaucoup de choix et le service à revoir
