I was thankful the establishment refunded the second night stay since the pool was not in service
Booked room for pool and it was not in service.
They sold me room and did not acknowledge my reservation. They suck

Nothing. No jacuzzi as advertised it was cemented in now for a couple of years. We went with another couple and both of us had multiple issues with the key cards getting into our rooms. We did not stay the night we ended up leaving.
I was about to check -in 10:00pm. and they called me 9:30pm that they canclled my reservation as they were overbooked. That's ridiculous.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There were no coffee cups available, and coffee pots were empty. The place look like a tornado had struck.
There was a strong smell of urine in our room near the entrance to the bathroom. We thought that perhaps the air conditioner would get rid of the odor, but it did not!
