Location and also liked the upper level room
Breakfast items weren’t replenished and only had one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom also the coffee machine was a little dirty and the hand soap was empty.
This was such a good location for a little home base to explore. We were withing running distance from Quail Lake Park, the mountains, Fort Carson, and the City for exploring. Such a good location for exploring and within. Walking distance from a theater and great restaurants.
The room was a little older but that's expected.

The property was very dirty. Elevator broken on one end. Carpet very stained. The room was very lacking in cleanliness. Walls dirty, bed skirts with visible stains, windows nasty, bathroom very dirty, door visibly gapped open! Many stains on carpet!! Deep cleaning is NEEDED

There were dogs in rooms opposite that barked at any noise, if their allowing dogs I believe you should be given the option to move to another room or offered a refund so you can go elsewhere, hard to get a good sleep without barking.

The location and views from my room was simply breathtaking 😍
The water took too long to get hot and they ran out of towels

The key card didn’t work to the room. I had to replace them three separate times. One of the elevators didn’t work so we had to walk all the way down to the end of the hall back up the stairs and into the room.
Great location for heading out of Colorado Springs.
Fire alarm at 5:30 am and than again at 6:15 am. Room carpet dirty and dated. Great location but need updating.
Location was great
They were out of creamer every day, coffee was cold every day, shower was cold water and never even got warm, pool was freezing cold, never any towels, doors are hard to open and employees were always on their phone. They kept running out of cups, jelly and juice. Dogs were constantly barking in rooms and in hallways.

Nasty, room was dirty, bed wasn’t made, trash in trash can, tv didn’t work, it was disgusting
