The lobby is old and tired. The room had a fridge that was broken and stank. the bathroom was dirty in all the corners and the tub was nasty and no hot water!
the remote volume and mute was inoperable. The carpet is ripped and dirty.
The bed was comfortable and noise level was good.
The rooms were big and comfy for the price
The elevator was broken on one half of hotel kinda a pain when your on 5th floor the doors looked like the had previous damage or kicked in . Bathroom and carpets were gross need shampooed and clean. Guy front desked struggled program cards kinda a pain with elevator down 5th floor and you have all your luggage...breakfast was a joke hardly anything for the big breakfast area they had to ise
I am very disappointed with this hotel we rented two rooms and they are keeping my deposit of $150 which I was never even told that there would be a $150 deposit for each room until we got to the hotel , and charge me another $350 stating that we smoked in one of the rooms when none of us smoke. But the rooms already stinky and smelled like smoke when we first entered them and now they are keeping my $150 deposit and charging an extra $350 more.. total $500..

This hotel has gotten run down. Low price for area keeps it open, but will never use it again when traveling to Colorado springs

Convenient location
Went through 9 room keys before one would work, big stain on comforter, fridge was froze they had to swap out for another, ac wasn’t very strong, bath sink wouldn’t drain they had maintenance come and snake it but still never fixed it, main elevator was out of order had to use stairs.
It was clean.
Lights between the two beds did not work, there was no soap, body wash, shampoo, or conditioner, hand held in the shower did not work which caused me to stand in the shower (I am disabled), water pressure was poor (water restrictions are in place), and we requested a wake up call that never came thereby causing my husband to be late for his procedure at the hospital.

We were there for two days the hair drier was broken I reported it but never replaced it.

I had booked my stay through booking.com paid the room with booking and when I arrived at the hotel the manager wanted to charge me again for the room after I had already paid for it and said that the fees paid to booking were only to reserve the room. He was extremely rude, unknowledgeable, mind you it was 2:30 am and after traveling all night, this was a nightmare of experience. The staff is rude Very, Very Rude. I ended up not staying there ..

The pool was the highlights for the cleanliness and warmth. This was really the only part that the kids enjoyed.
The breakfast is mediocre with the same thing being served nearly every day scrambled egg, eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal cereal.
We stayed in room 122. I booked this hotel in advance prior to visiting Colorado Springs, the room is very worn out and dirty. I took pictures of the pull out mattress on the sofa, the stained cushions, the damage done to the curtains.
There is no hot water in this room and the tub constantly dripped all day/night, during our stay when we were there there was also no TV channels.
I also booked the King suite with a Pool view and they gave us a king suite with a wheelchair ramp view.
