Location was good

Cons:

Staff was a touch and go on personality. Pool was never cared for, the beds are horrible and they definitely need to put some love into it. Don't say anything though cause the manager( or whatever he is) will get a nasty attitude.

Fine for one night, but too many issues for us to stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was convenient for our one-night stay, and the location worked well for what we needed. The room had plenty of space, and having complimentary breakfast and coffee available was appreciated.

Cons:

The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom shower had no door or curtain. The complimentary coffee was cold and gritty, and breakfast was very basic with eggs that tasted fake or powdered. The internet did not work during our stay, and the business area was also down, which made things even more inconvenient.

Had to change rooms due to broken A/C and TV, and unfortunately the same problems from our previous
Pros:

The location was convenient for our last night in Orlando before flying home. Once we were moved to another room, the shower was fine and the replacement room was more comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had several of the same issues as our previous stay. The first room we were given had no working air conditioning and the TV did not work, so we had to go back to the front desk and be moved to another room. The internet still did not work, the business area was still unavailable, the coffee was cold and gritty, and breakfast was very basic with fake/powdered-tasting eggs.

Comfortable and accommodating.
Pros:

The location was where I needed to be. Close to a hospital a family member was admitted to. It was also located near many restaurants and retail stores.

Cons:

The first room that I was assigned to had a strong smell of marijuana coming from the adjacent room. The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a different room.

Pros:

we checked in on Saturday 09/06/2026 and we had a double room. the hotel was clean and refreshing we had a little issue with the room but the manager with the red hair ( I forgot her name) she took care of the whole situation and gave us a better room. we were really blessed and I thank her for making our stay a pleasant one. we will be back!!!1

Cons:

the late-night parking was crazy we had to park all the way in the back of the hotel.

Pros:

Location and breakfast

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready. Had to switch to different type of room where 2nd person had to use daybed in living room instead of 2 double beds in one room. It appears that the hotel is adding 2 $15 charges to my credit card.
