The location was decent.

Worst hotel experience of my life! Front desk employee barged in yelling in the middle of the night.

I moved to different hotel so I could sleep in better conditions and not worry about crime.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The hotel was run down.
The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.
Looked like someone tried to force their way into my room and broke the door lock, so my door was stuck closed even though the lock was green.

2 of the days I stayed, two different people where doing major car maintenance in the parking lot.

There were homeless people inside and outside the hotel.

There were people sitting outside in cars who I think were selling drugs, or possibly pimps.

I didn’t feel like my car was safe overnight.

Pros:

The hallways were smelly and hot. The rooms on the north side were loud due to Hampden Ave. Breakfast was mediocre. Room keys needed to be programmed several times. The hotel definitely needs some remodeling upgrades. We will not stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. We didn't have breakfast but it was well attended.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with desk, microwave and fridge. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Microwave and fridge were older and it showed in how they worked.

I got charged the same great rate every night which was Thursday nights' rate.

Cons:

The shower hot water temperature would sometimes turn cool to cold. Only a slight complaint
