Good value for the price, comfortable clean and felt a good sense of security
Pros:

Hotel is very well maintained and clean, room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy on off freeway access.

Cons:

Pool was closed indefinitely. Parking was limited, the entrance at the far end of hotel where our room was was not working/ available and so we could only use front entrance, and the only parking left was at the far end.

Very disappointing, with the pool closed, the key problem, and the not great breakfast

Duck was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

When I booked it it said Pool, but the pool was closed by 9/10 when i arrived. The keys did not work and 4 times we had to go back to the desk for rekeying.

Pros:

Breakfast was everything it should be. Good choice of bread products, cereal, eggs, waffles (a favorite), and other items. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was closed which surprised me. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room with two beds. When we got to our room there was only 1 bed and the staff told me that's all they had and there was nothing else that was offered. As a paying customer, I should get what I paid for. Or be offered a discount. The workout room had only 3 machines and one wasn't working. Not that I'm expected a delxue facility, but a few weights and mats for stretching would be nice.

Very delightful and comforting
Pros:

Everything was great. The room was very spacious Clean quiet the front desk was nice and prompt. Explained everything while I was able to do some laundry thank you so much.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and it was much cleaner than most hotels at this price point

Cons:

The clerk who checked me in tried to insist I paid for two rooms and that I would have to straighten it out with yall…wanted me to sign for a room I didn’t want…also the breakfast was pretty lame…I just wanted some hot eggs
