Not a good experience.
Pros:

Not good. There was not enough food prepared early on.

Cons:

Attitude of desk attendant when asked about no hand or bath soap in our room.

I booked for 4 person in a room with king and sofa bed but the sofa bed was too short and too hard. Not sure why this was a 4 guests room it should only be 2-3 person.

Pros:

Having an ice machine on our floor was good. The room was comfortable. The location was near the places we wanted to go. Except for the first night, it was quiet.

Cons:

It took me a couple of tries to get the key to work. It is different than most other hotels I use. The air conditioning unit was noisy. Not so much that it kept us awake, but noisy enough to be surprising.

Over night in Albequerque
Pros:

The suit was spacious and clean.staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee and pot was provided in room.

Cons:

There was no blanket on the bed only a sheet and bedspred, the noise from out side traffic was so loud all night. Remote to TV was closed up in the sofa bed .neither remotes worked the TV in the bedroom. More towels would have been nice as there were 3 of us and only 2bath towels.

Pros:

Ease upgrade. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.coffee/tea pot worked great.

Cons:

Bathroom door was just 2 small closet doors that came together with no lock,used a hair tie to keep closed when in use ,as my granddaughter accompanied us. The fridge didn't work to well buy for one night it was fine.

Don't waste your money

Cons:

One of our 2 rooms didn't have a working shower and the tub didn't drain. It left an awful smell that lingered. When we asked the front desk about it she said there's nothing she could do.
That same room had one bed with stained sheets and hair on the pillows.

In the other room there were cockroaches.

There were homeless people asleep in the lobby in the morning when I went out for their very mediocre breakfast and you could hear them walking around the windows and cars all night. It was very unsettling to have my child there

Definitely overpriced for the quality.

Disgusting
Pros:

Upgraded my room,but it to wash not. Hair in the shower,bathroom sink not cleaned.

Cons:

I first arrived and they gave me a room on the 5th floor, open booking I did request 1st floor i have arthritis knees. I opened my room and I was not even ready....towels on the bathroom floor, beds were not made, trash still in there containers......I re ported my finding and that's when I was upgraded to 1st floor room.

Pros:

large room ,very clean, chairs to sit ( a bonus) close to places to eat, looked like a good breakfast,smelled great but we had lots to travel, maybe next time.
