The stay is worth for the price, at least it isn’t a hostel.
Pros:

The room looks like the photos, and the location is near to the grand bazar and the train stations. Easy to go around.

Cons:

It is a bit old, bathroom was broken and the shower with some issues and they have sewer smell inside the building. Impossible to leave doors or windows open.

Pros:

The rooms were very cozy and in excellent condition I had a really comfortable stay especially because the bed was very soft and comfortable

Pros:

7-8 мин пешком от станции метро Halic, в районе очень много классных кафешек с низкими ценами и традиционной едой где едят местные. В номере чистая удобная постель, есть горячая вода, фен, маленький холодильник, 2 полотенца, мыло, шкаф. В помещении есть лифт. Персонал немного говорит по русски. Есть видеонаблюдение и круглосуточный ресепшен. В целом было комфортно.

Cons:

Щели во входной двери, в коридоре 5-7 номеров, и часто ходят посетители, а шумоизоляции нет вообще, что немного мешало отдыхать. 3 дня из 5 отсутствовал вайфай.

Perfect location, small rooms, low facilities
Pros:

The location is fantastic, especially considering the price. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, but unfortunately, they couldn’t speak English. Overall, it’s worth the stay.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available. Despite the staff repeatedly assuring us that the issue would be resolved, it remained unresolved throughout our stay.
