The location of the hotel.
They changed our room after our complaint about the cleanliness.

Cons:

Initial Room Condition: Upon arrival, our first room was unacceptably dirty, reeked of a foul odor, and had stained bedsheets. While the receptionist did move us to another room after we complained, the initial hygiene standards were very poor.

Dangerous Elevator: The elevator is a severe safety hazard. The doors are faulty and do not retract or stop closing even if you are standing directly in the doorway. It can easily cause serious physical injury.

Aggressive & Rude Staff: When I politely brought this elevator safety issue to the receptionist's attention, he became hostile. He started shouting at me, stating that if we wanted to use it we could, otherwise we could leave the hotel. This aggressive behavior toward legitimate guest feedback is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Hostage is not helpful. Room doesn’t have all facilities what they mentioned there on web. Double too doesn’t have windows. Rooms smell like fungus even u turn on AC still that smell remains difficult to sleep.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts kaum etwas, das uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Positiv war lediglich, dass wir schnell wieder abreisen konnten.

Was hat mir nicht gefallen:
Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen, was für uns ein großes Sicherheitsproblem darstellt. Auch die Toilette war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zudem wurde uns nur sehr wenig Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Umgebung des Hotels hat uns nicht gefallen und wir haben uns dort nicht wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen sind wir bereits nach einer Nacht wieder nach Hause gereist.
