Everything was great - the room was comfortable with a beautiful view and the location was perfect for exploring Queenstown.
What made my experience exceptional though, were Benni and George at the front desk. They were incredibly responsive, welcoming and personable. From the moment I arrived they made me feel at home and their friendly approachable attitude made all the difference.
It's people like Benni and George who make the difference between a good hotel and an exceptional stay. They are a real credit to the hotel and they're the main reason I'll be choosing to stay at Ramada Queenstown again.
