Great stay
Pros:

The staff were great,and were very accommodating. The Ramada was so central to everything I needed. Will stay there again if I am to come back to Queenstown, which is a strong possibility. Will be recommending it to anyone going to New Zealand. The bed is super comfy.

Cons:

I have to say there is nothing i didn't like.

Excellent staff and location, but room smelled of damp.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Great location. Excellent staff.

Cons:

Room needed a refresh and smelled of damp. Breakfast should have been included. Could offer some deals on dining in the restaurant.
