A decent hotel with great amenities
Pros:

The hotel is not far from many amenities, such as a main shopping street and a shotengai. The staff were good and prepared my room an hour early, which was really appreciated! The free breakfast, amenities and lounge were very nice. The WiFi worked and the room had USB outlets as well as traditional power sockets. The chair had a back, which appears to be the exception and not the rule.

Cons:

My main complaint was temporary luggage storage. When I arrived early I had hoped to leave my backpack with the hotel while I went out. Unfortunately the proposal was to store the backpack on a luggage rack in the lobby right at the entrance (which is of course publicly accessible) to which the staff do not have clear line of sight. There was no alternative solution. I found the hotel difficult to find even with Google Maps (or perhaps because of). It is located by the river through a confusing series of backstreets. The pillow wasn't especially comfortable.

空港に朝早く行くのには大変便利でした。
Pros:

スタッフの方は親切でした。朝食も朝早くからやっています。ドリンクバーもありがたかったです。空港までシャトルが出ているのも便利でした。

Cons:

部屋が少し臭いがありました。昔は喫煙OKだったのかな、と思いました。建物が古いので仕方ないのかなと思います。綺麗にしている努力は見えました。

旅前の一息
Pros:

翌朝早くのフライトだった為送迎があり、助かりました。重たい荷物も運んでくれました。
出国前に朝食の味噌汁とシャケが美味しかったです。お値打ちでした。

Cons:

蒲田駅からの東西の出口を調べてなくて迷いました。

Замечательный отель. За такую стоимость все великолепно. Чисто, отличные завтраки, бесплатные напитки и супы в течение всего дня. Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт Ханеда (с 5 до 10 утра каждый час)
Рядом две станции, магазины, торговые центры. Продуктовый супермаркет на станции.
Район не туристический, жилой.
Идеальный бюджетный вариант для проживания во время поездки в Токио, или просто перед вылетом из аэропорта Ханеда

Hôtel idéal pour une fin de séjour au Japon avec navette pour Haneda
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel avec ma sœur. L’accueil a été parfait. Les réceptionnistes, ainsi que l’équipe du petit déjeuner et bien sûr le monsieur qui nous a conduit à l’aéroport de Haneda, un grand merci pour tout. J’ai eu les larmes aux yeux de quitter votre magnifique pays. La chambre est spacieuse et composé de deux lits jumeaux. Nous avons bénéficié d’un frigo, de chaussons, de pyjamas. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Ma sœur a pris du riz du saumon et des légumes. J’ai opté pour des toasts beurre et confiture. Nous avons apprécié que l’hôtel propose un service de navette gratuite jusqu’à l’aéroport. Un grand merci également d’avoir chargé et déchargé nos valises de la voiture.

+le personnel et son amabilité, le petit déjeuner, la navette, le côté spacieux de la chambre, la station Kamata est proche de l’hôtel, le quartier est dynamique, l’aéroport Haneda est assez proche c’est un stress en moins pour le retour

Cons:

-on est un peu loin du centre ville (Shibuya, Shinjuku…) notre chambre était juste au dessus de l’espace fumeur il a été compliqué d’aérer la chambre, le matelas est assez rigide
