Cons:

the front desk staff didn’t even say hi, no eye contact, poor customer service. No trash can inside the room, we had to go out and toss our trash. there was someone screaming at 2AM for a good 10mins and nobody came to fix it. Just uncomfortable stay.

Comfortable after a long day
Pros:

The location was perfect bing 6 minutes from Moffitt Cancer Center. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Our daughter graduated from USF and the hotel was right across the street from campus.So convenient.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The beds were very hard. Also the queen size bed looked and felt more like a full size bed.
