Sneaky Fees Await You!
Pros:

Although we've used this property time after time for our visits to Orlando, we no longer will be coming back. Even though the hotel is clean and acceptable, sneaking in a $15 parking fee really pissed us off. The desk clerk said it was something to do with being near the airport and the fee was mandatory. If so, be proud of it and mention it in your listing. For $15 per day, I expect valet parking!

Upon walking in I was hit with the smell of dirty mop water and a incompetent front desk agent who could not locate my bookings. This location is beyond dirty and the service matched. When you get on the elevator it doesn’t look safe to ride. And I got on both. There was splatter on the walls of the elevator look like there had been a homicide in it. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and cheap cleaners and filthy and dingy. Do not recommend left and did not stay. Went with Hyatt near by. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Do not book here I wish someone told me.

Cons:

Shuttle service was not available. Upon check-in they did not tell us we had to arrange the shuttle to the airport ahead of time. Just that it stopped every hour. But if you don’t tell them, shuttle doesn’t show up. Had to take an uber at 6am

Quite grubby, same to be said for alot of places in orlando to be fair unless your staying in a big named resort

Give them a shot!
Pros:

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and the manager, Paul, was very nice allowing us to hang by the pool after checkout because of a late flight.
Our only complaint was the lack of internet. Upon check in, nothing was mentioned about an outage and it wasn’t until the next morning that we were told it was an area outage(🙄).
Breakfast was very nice so all around a good value.

Proximity to the airport

Cons:

Run down and not clean. Paint chipping, no hot water (Luke warm despite being "fixed"), pool dirty, door broken and unable to open, then "fixed" and unable to close. Three people in room, only allowed 2 key cards, no housekeeping for four days of being there. Repeatedly had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Not a good value
