Centrico y comodo . Ubicación excepcional para conocer el centro historico de Munich
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica , en una calle peatonal , ideal para conocer y recorrer el centro histórico de Munich . El personal de recepción muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos ayudó y agilizó el check in . Las camas muy cómodas .

Cons:

Por poner un pero , que la recepción está a un nivel diferente a la entrada .

Pros:

Modern, comfortable, clever storage options, and very centrally located. Staff were so helpful in letting us check in early. Despite being such a short walk to Marianplatz and local attractions, including plenty of dining options, the room was very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent hotel for short stay. Would recommend and happy return

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. Only comment would be that the entrance to the hotel is a bit underwhelming and doesn’t give a good first impression of what is an excellent hotel. Lift up to Reception on first floor.

Will definitely stay in this hotel if we come back to Munich
Pros:

Hotel very central and within walking distance to the main piazzas.
Staff extremely helpful and obliging. They also serve a very good breakfast. We spent six nights in the hotel.

Cons:

Another lift would have been an asset as sometimes we had to wait till it came to our floor.

The main areas for improvement were the level of staff attention and responsiveness, particularly regarding the availability of basic amenities such as an iron.
The room was also affected by noise. In the early morning, garbage collection from the nearby REWE supermarket under the window was quite disruptive. In the evening, noise from the pedestrian street below could also be heard, which impacted the overall comfort of the stay.
Bubble gum on the floor, not even removed after room cleaning at rhe 3rd day.
