TV didn't work. Bathroom electric plug didn't work. Only one person at front desk who was too busy to help. Carpet was dirty. Will not go back!
Great location, rather central to everywhere we visited. However, the rooms are poorly maintained. The shower dripped/leaked constantly and was moldy/mildewy, the bathroom door was deteriorating, the iron holder is coming out of the wall, and the sheets were like sandpaper.
It was quite and comfortable.

I dont think the cleaning staff clean thoroughly as we noticed our pillow cases (and possibly sheets) werent even changed. Our second night in we found an empty box of condoms stuffed into one of the 4 pillow cases from the previous guests who stayed in the room. We didnt get any room service for new towels or sheets our 4 nights being there (making sure we took off the do not disturb sign so they can come) and I had to ask the front desk staff so I can change the sheets myself. (Front desk input a request to clean our room but they still didnt come to clean)
The staff was awesome and easy to work with. We liked the location as it wasn’t too far from things we wanted to see and experience.
Some of the guests were not the nicest, however, we realize that is not something the hotel can control. In one of our rooms, while we were out, some of our things had been moved that truly didn’t have any need to be moved and our bed was not made.
