Una de las habitaciones tenía mal olor, cierto que no dijimos nada y probablemente nos podrían haber cambiado a otra, pero sí parece que alguna mascota había orinado en la alfombra y ese olor se sentía al entrar. El parqueo era pagado, pensé que estaba incluido en la reserva
Está a la par de Icon park, el personal muy amable y nos dieron la habitación temprano.

Parking feels like a rip off. Not posted any advertisement is very expensive.

Parking is a little bit expensive but it was nice to have a place to park on property
It was right in the middle of icon Park as advertised, a couple minute walk. Plus breakfast was included and decent with coffee, juice, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon waffles ands toast.
We up graded our room and still had to pay for parking on the hotel property. We literally were parked in front of the entrance of the hotel and had to pay an additional $24 for not even 14 hours of parking.
Walking to our room the elevator that was next to our room was out of order. (That goodness we did not need it). The hallway we were and did not have air conditioning. You step from one part of the building to the other and it heat and humidity washed over you. When we got to the room the air conditioning was on a set on 75 and it was still warm so we set the air conditioner to 60 before we went to our show. When we came back it was still warm so my husband dropped the air conditioning down as far as it would go to cool off the room. My husband was unable to sleep through the night because it was too warm the room did not cool off until around 5:00 in the morning. He wanted to switch rooms, but I had been up for 28 hours (I am a nurse and had worked the previous night before we headed to Orlando) and he did not want to disturb my sleep, so he endured with no sleep sitting on a chair next to the air conditioning.
The toilets were short and my husband is 6'2" and felt like his knees were up to his neck when he had to sit, I'm 5'5" and I felt like I was going to fall every time I sat down.
The bathtub was dirty and needed to be cleaned before showering.
I was excited about breakfast and no one was tending the breakfast area at that time and went to the front desk to request coffee to be made. When the coffee was made they had run out of sugar, another guest and I requested sugar from someone who was tending the area told us no. They had run out of large plates and only had 2 dessert plates and I requested large plate and was told no. There were others wanting to eat so I used cereal bowls to put the waffles in.
