I probably won’t be back
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The location is super convenient.

Cons:

I put in my notes to do a queen size bed but that did not happen. The room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. No trash removal! The towels were rough to the skin

Not the best experience, the standard was low
Pros:

The pricing was nominal for the area. The staff were ok, and the location was good.

Cons:

The hotel itself is very old and the cleanliness was not up to the standard. I have been at other La Quinta's which are very well maintained. The lift service was the worst and I got stuck in the lift and then did not take it ever after. The staircase was smelling and the whole lobby area in each floor were not maintained well. The room was ok, but the beds were very old. This is not what I expected when I booked the room at La Quinta. The standards were low.
