Desayuno pésimo lo mismo y lo mismo todos los días y alzan todo a las 9:00 a.m. mucha gente se quedaba sin desayunar, las habitaciones nada confortables almohadas muy viejas se aplastaban no eran buenas para nada. ubicación un poco buena.
La limpieza es terrible no te hacen a diario y según yo reclame lo hacian cada 3 dias, y un dia lo hicieron y era igual de sucia el baño sucio la ducha llena de hongos, fatal y encima que no te limpian a diario es terrible, si pagas deberían a diario limpiar, es mas cuando llegamos había pelos en las toallas sin haber utilizado. Muy fatal. La recepción pésima ni la boca abren son muy descorteces. No vuelvo a ir.
No me gusto nada de los servicios brindados, el desayuno es muy repetitivo lo mismo y lo mismo no es nada variado, la habitación terrible nos dieron en la planta baja fatal, el servicio de limpieza no lo vi para nada, la ubicación un poco, pero hay otros hoteles mejores por ese mismo sector.
La limpieza no hacen a diario, cuando llegamos estaban las toallas muy viejas muy duras, el baño nada limpio la tina estaba sucia., no volveria a ir.
Que me cumplieron mi solicitud especial de habitación en el primer piso.
Que cobran el parqueo $18 por noche y la aplicación no sirvió en su momento.

The location has been one of the properties biggest highlights. It's close to ICON park and many other restaurants and attractions offering lots of things to do nearby.
The cleanliness of the room is awesome as always. Never a complaint in that area.
The pool area was nice, pool was cool in the day and warmer at night. The hot tub was filled but did not appear to be in proper working order.
The continental breakfast was also very meh, They did add sauage, bacon and eggs this year which is a move in right direction but with additional fees incured breakfast could step it up a notch.
There are 3 elevators on site and only 1 was operational the entire stay, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.
The A/C in the hallways also was not working leaving some halls uncomfortable at times.
I like we was close to the pool,very convenient breakfast was great,the staff was very helpful everything was walking distance to the scenery.
The room didn't smell to great but we dealt with it.
