En la habitación habían hormigas y algún que otro insecto y no tenía ascensor.

A didn’t like how easy it was to walk into the corridor where the rooms were. My room was right next door to reception and felt anyone could walk pass.

El personal, se hace el que no entiende.
Llegué y mi baño estaba todo mojado porque la taza del baño estaba rota y con fugas. Les dije y me cambiaron de cuarto a uno con vista a un lote baldío y súper obscuro ( en la descripción de mi estancia venía especificada con vista a la alberca y jardines) al día siguiente les pregunté si habían podido resolverlo y me dijeron que sí, su forma de resolverlo fue trapeando, pero la fuga seguía ahí ya me rendí y me quedé con mi cuarto obscuro
Poolanlage sehr schön, im Zimmer hat es alles was man braucht und Frühstück war auch gut. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.
Der Balkon wär eher ein Käfig, nur gut um Wäsche zu trocknen. Ich finde es nicht gut jeden Tag immer alle Handtücher zu wechseln. Man sollte nur die die auf dem Boden liegen. Seife gibt es keine, man muss Duschmittel nehmen.
Close to everything you need via walking. Everything was clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast area is very nice and the breakfast was great for included in the price.
Staff were very polite and helpful when needed.

Está cerca de varios bares, restaurantes, un mercado nocturno y la estación de autobuses, por lo que la ubicación es muy conveniente. La piscina es bonita y cómoda, ideal para relajarse. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Aunque algunos no hablan inglés, eso no supone ningún problema. Para una estancia de una noche, como ha sido nuestro caso, el alojamiento está bastante bien.
La ducha del baño es un poco incómoda, ya que está situada encima del inodoro y no se pueden dejar cosas en el baño porque se mojarían. La piscina podría estar abierta hasta un poco más tarde, ya que cierra a las 21:00. Las toallas deberían renovarse con más frecuencia. Para estancias de varias noches, se echa en falta un armario o algún espacio donde guardar la ropa.
La ventana estaba sucia, hace falta limpiarla.
El desayuno no estaba nada completo, casi sin opciones vegetarianas.

La comida del desayuno, no tiene alérgenos y aparte está bastante mala
La personnel était très serviable et très aimable.
La piscine et le petite déjeuner était bien.
La chambre n’était pas super propre (insecte mort) + la salle de bain est minuscule avec la douche juste à côté des toilettes sans aucune séparation. Ce qui fait que tout le sol est absolument mouillé.

El hotel en general está muy bien, buena ubicación, está limpio, muy buen desayuno y el personal es excepcional.
Aunque la habitación estaba muy limpia y amplia, una renovación no le vendría mal. Las paredes estaban un poco desconchadas. Y no hay ascensor
