The carpet was very dirty you can smell the hallways of how bad it is even the room one was very dirty . The tub still had previous hair from someone . The elevator is so out of date do old so dirty . The pool hadn’t been clean their was dead flies n fees

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is filthy. The carpets in the hallway and room was very dirty and had a lot of stains. The hotel has a number of bad smells as you walk through. Our bathroom was very dirty. There were long black curly hairs all over the floor when we went into the bathroom, and it looked like it was not cleaned at all.
The girl at the front desk stopped with my check in three times when other customers walked up and interrupted to ask for assistance with their needs. One asked for towels, another asked for a replacement key, another asked for directions. With each interruption, she stopped helping me and walked away to assist them while I stood there waiting.
The breakfast was terrible also. There were signs "out of sausage" , there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Just a few breakfast choices, and not good choices.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Would not stay here again.

location convenient, staff was decent/friendly.

Cons:

Walking in the carpet was badly stained and did not present itself well, the elevator was in rough shape, hallway to room had major discoloration/stains throughout. Room smelled strongly of dampness/moisture, one bed had hair on sheet, upon further inspection the mattresses were badly stained as shown in photos.

They pour pineapple on carpet to hide smell rather than just shampooing making it really hard to breath in the hallway. Elevator was broken so you had to walk all the way to other end with luggage as there are no carts. They said they had one and clerk said to go find it….. -anywhere on 5 floors. Trash was not taken out the whole time i was there. It really wouldn’t cost that much to put effort in to make it into a nice hotel but they evidently don’t want to.

I will never stay at this hotel again and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
Cons:

The room is missing a refrigerator and a microwave. There is dust on the legs of the desk chair, dirt on the white doors, and stains on the carpet. Overall, the hotel is very dirty. When I asked the receptionist why my room didn't have a fridge and a microwave, they simply replied, 'sometimes it happens.' This is unacceptable, especially since my friends paid the exact same price and got much better amenities.
