They pour pineapple on carpet to hide smell rather than just shampooing making it really hard to breath in the hallway. Elevator was broken so you had to walk all the way to other end with luggage as there are no carts. They said they had one and clerk said to go find it….. -anywhere on 5 floors. Trash was not taken out the whole time i was there. It really wouldn’t cost that much to put effort in to make it into a nice hotel but they evidently don’t want to.

I will never stay at this hotel again and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
Cons:

The room is missing a refrigerator and a microwave. There is dust on the legs of the desk chair, dirt on the white doors, and stains on the carpet. Overall, the hotel is very dirty. When I asked the receptionist why my room didn't have a fridge and a microwave, they simply replied, 'sometimes it happens.' This is unacceptable, especially since my friends paid the exact same price and got much better amenities.

Cons:

I found bed bugs and roaches in my bed and I have pictures for proof. Reported it to booking.com and someone was supposed to reach out to me from the property but never did. Unacceptable.

Pros:

We waited in the lobby for a long time because the room was not ready. The staff was very nice, but the waiting time was terrible. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm but room was not ready so you will have to wait. So we checked in eventually. When we arrived in the room, it was dirty. A lot of stains on the floor/carpet. The tub was rusty and dirty. We were very tired that day so we slept and reported the issue the next day but nothing was done.

Cons:

Dirty floor/rug/carpet/a lot of stains. Rusty tub. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and found cockroaches on the floor and under the sink.

Unacceptable
Pros:

It was nice to be able to bring a shade tent and set it up at the pool and spend the whole day hanging out around the pool swimming and keeping cool

Cons:

I had requested a first floor room for my girlfriend being wheelchair bound and we were put on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out and we were stuck in our room on the 3rd floor and unable to leave the hotel! We ended up having to cancel dinner reservations and other plans for the evening because we couldn't get down!

The worst and most horrible experience of staying at a hotel in my life!
Cons:

Three out of four lights did not work. AC was blasting and we had to unplug. One of the card key wouldn’t work to open door even after four tries The first night our car was broken into and we were robbed! The car next to us was also broken into to. We left and didn’t stay for the time we booked. When we left the hotel there was no manager on site to talk to. No one ever called us back. I did not feel safe at all! I don’t know why this Hotel is on your website. It should be removed! I’m not sure I can trust booking.com after this experience.
