The AC is not in good working condition. Complain to the front desk maybe they like for the room to be 80 degrees

Cons:

I didn't stay at this location because I was told it wasn't safe. I put in this location and apparently the crime rate is 5 times higher than the city of Greenville. You should better vet the hotels you put on your site.

Pros:

Rooms was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Very friendly.

Cons:

TV was very outdated( had picture issues) Outsiders would come in an take breakfast ( picking over the food) Very heavy police presence. Charges that was already paid,try to retake another payment @ 2am every morning. Pet fee $25.00 nightly

Nothing.

Cons:

Bugs in the refrigerator. 6th floor smelt like sewage. Paid for late checkout and still had housekeeping disturb us twice even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Bugs in the room. Room just smelled old. Will 100% never be back.

The front desk receptionist, Sonny, provided poor service.

Cons:

The curtains were torn with holes, and the refrigerator didn’t get cold. The breakfast eggs were dried out and cooked too hard. There was a dead bug in my shower. Just nasty

The hotel is in a safe area. The room was comfortable, neat, and tidy.

Location was great for where we were going and needed to be

Cons:

Construction work being done and didn’t know it until we arrived. Upon arrival main entrance was blocked and had to go all the way to get to the back side. Upon check in the room had the unit away from the wall so we asked for another one same thing in that room so we waited unit it was put back. Towels were dirty, covered in black hair, definitely need pest control as there were roaches
