民宿位於超市後面，走路不用一分鐘，如果有自駕可以付費停在超市很方便，附近走路5分鐘還有youme town可以逛，只有上下層隔音不太好，但由於我們這次幾乎包棟了，所以沒有影響到，乾淨舒適。

Pros:

地點超好在市區，沿著大馬路走到底就可以抵達市區的購物中心(YOUME TOWN)，多家商店可以退稅，非常方便!雖然沒有個人的停車場，但是旁邊有一家超大間的超市有附設停車場，停滿一天最多1000日幣，也是非常方便!然後房間很大間，我們一家四口出門，訂三人房內有三張雙人床，也有小客廳，可以在旁邊的超市買食材回來煮，很不賴!如果再去一次別府會想再入住!大推!

當天的冰箱有點味道，可能是前一位房客有放食材所留下來的味道。

有開車的人可以去停超市的停車場，過夜費用¥400
房間內部空間大
