The room was nasty and there was a bad Oder in the room I have to go to the Walmart and buy an air freshener to help with the bad Oder, the bathroom was very dirty both the toilet and the bathtub.

For a 1 night stay is ok.
Pros:

The view around the hotel- the lake.

Cons:

The maintenance work in our bathrooms need to be fixed. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, but not everybody obey the rules! (Marijuana on top of it!😮‍💨)

Pros:

Oh My Goodness! That place is wonderful. It's so beautiful and serene. I will never stay at another hotel when I visit that area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. It was the best hotel stay EVER!

Pros:

The place was just okay! No big whoop!
Keep looking for a better place!

Cons:

Lack of services! Ice raided the hotel and took their workers. Everything lacked. No one had answers. No services at the pool area. Dirty pool and hot tub. I should be entitled to a major comp! Bad breakfast, the place is going getto. Dirty floors, elevator and hallways. Broken key cards and broken readers at entrance points. I don't see why I have to pay for their sins.
