Hotel was located near everything but really needs a remodeling.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were excellent. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Spent a lot of time waiting for their one elevator. Ceiling was leaking. Rooms need to be updated. The facility was semi clean.

Everything was good besides having to move rooms and not being able to get stuff that was left.
Pros:

Staff was very nice, place was clean, and pool was great. We live in Hollywood but our house was being tented so we needed a place to stay with my cat.

Cons:

We moved into a room with my cat and was having problems with the door key. They reprogrammed the key but the next morning it didn't work again. They told us we had to move cause that room should have not ever been booked because of problems with the lock. It was a hassle already having a pet, but my dad ended up leaving items including medical items in a drawer. We asked if we could get back in just to get the items and they said even cleaning staff couldn't get in because of the lock and would have to wait for maintenance. We were there 2 more nights and every time we asked about getting into the room they said they couldn't. We had key issues getting into the pool as well. Employee said the lock was dead. My mom even went back a few days later to talk to a manager and was told nothing was found and that no manager was on-site. They said they would have someone call and we still haven't heard anything.
