The location was perfect for where I needed to stay in Charlotte.

Cons:

The rugs in the hallways were very dirty. The elevator was also dirty. Air was not working in the lobby felt like I was standing in a sauna during check in. The room itself was ok nothing to rave about

Do not stay here. They will approve late check out and then bang on your door and call the phone and tell you to leave. And will also charge your card 30 dollars and neverrefund you.

the staff was excellent on any shift. very clean building .breakfast simple convient.

Cons:

the elevator on end stayed needed repairs. decor a little outdated, and wi fi was awful had to connect my service to work . also needs a business center.

since went through service when mistaken booked wrong size room was upcharged 91 to upgrade room. Just wanted to stay in same room since had already stayed a week.rooms are listed as exective king suite and king suite

Nice hotel but shuttle service needs more hours and flexibility.
Pros:

Nice room with comfy beds and good breakfast! Close to CLT airport with free shuttle service.

Cons:

The shuttle does not start in the afternoon until 5:00pm. We landed and cleared security 2:00pm which caused a 3 hour wait before shuttle service. Also, the shuttle was 1 and 1/2 hours late picking us up, which resulted in a 4 and 1/2 hour wait at airport after a very long flight from Paris. We had planned to drive home that day, but because of the shuttle delay, we ended up spending another night, adding to our travel costs.

The bed ws comfortable.

Cons:

The entire hotel was disgusting, trashed, extremly dirty. Excessive stains, horrible smells throughout the whole hotel. Dingy, grity, smelly, hotel. Multiple vomit stains all over the elevator door, all over the hallway carpet. The door locks on the room were trashed, hanging off, unsecure. Air conditioner unit was broken, curtains torn and dirty, bathroom tube was stained. I would sleep in the airport before returning to this facility.
