The staff
It was not clean. Smelled of urine in the stairwell. Key cards would not work. Booked for 5 people and was only given 2 double beds with no pull out. When ask for a blanket was given a sheet.
The last person that helped us was very friendly and cleaned our room and apologized multiple times.
I booked two rooms and only received one key at first, went back to the front dash and received a key to a room that was not done being cleaned. I was reassured it would be clean before we came back from a concert, it was not. We came back to the exact same filthy room after midnight. We had checked in at 3:45pm. The beds were not queen- barely full size beds-room 400.

The location and price. My family loves the shopping.
Carpets need cleaning. The pool floor needs scrubbing or painting. The guy at the front desk is not very likeable. You don't have enough towels and later tells you to bring dirty towels down in exchange for clean ones. I hate I used them and went against not going again.

At check in I was informed that the room I booked was not available so had to take a room with 1 bed for 3 people. Hotel was dirty and smelled musty. No air conditioning in the lobby or common areas. Breakfast was horrible biscuits were rock hard and the waffle machine was set to not cook waffles all the way through.

The gentleman working at the reception desk displayed a very poor attitude. He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. His appearance was also concerning, including long and dirty nails, a dirty suit, and visibly dirty, blackened teeth. Overall, I found the experience extremely unpleasant. What stood out the most, however, was the way he treated people. He was not only rude to me, but he was also arguing with other people who came in, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.
Had a problem with a room and was immediately moved to another.

Staff was rude, especially Tony. Filthy carpet, sticky floors in bathroom and entryway. Used a hand towel clean the dirty floors. Awful! Had to go check in desk to get fresh towels and bring the used ones to the laundry room. No room cleaning. I would not recommend due to poor interaction with staff.
Nothing it was dirty, w rude staff who smoke weed in parking lot. He cancelled my reservation without consent and let me know they would refund me which hasn't happened yet since no one will return emails/calls
I did not stay at the hotel, the man up front was rude and cancelled my stay and he said I would get a refund but now the hotel or booking.com wont return my emails, last time using booking and I use them all the time. Besides the desk staff being rude, the front office dirty and the hotel cleaning staff smoking weed in the parking alot glad we did NOT stay but now I would like my $240 back!
