Nice hotel but need to sort out the heating system

Amazing
Pros:

We booked this stunning property extremely last minute. I called the host to enquire about our elderly dog staying and how easy the outdoor access was. He was very informative and provided me with the information I required to book our stay.
We arrived at the accommodation, it exceeded our expectations so much we booked for another night within minutes of arriving.
This place is central to the top and bottom of Windermere. For those who have never been, it’s a ten minute walk to the main lake with bustling bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction it’s a 5 minute walk to the top with equal measures of bars, restaurants and tourists shops.
We couldn’t ask for a better location.
Spotless accommodation with outdoor access for our elderly dog.
The outdoor patio from the bedroom led to a stunning outdoor south facing garden that was a real bonus.
An additional bonus is the lounge area, a huge dining table, a large flat screen tv and the comfiest sofas!!
It’s been a blast. We would 1000% recommend this place and will revisit.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was of a good standard and the building was nice and the parking was good . The decor nice

Cons:

I knew about the facilities before i got there but its name is Kotel ..i think meaning Hotel . But no bar , no breakfast facilities . But for the money i think there should be more facilities .
My room was an apartment ..but really it was just a big room with a extra sink , plates/cutlery and a small table .
The shower at 7 pm was cold ...
The wifi signal was rubbish

Very nice room and within easy reach of town centre.

Blown away with the style and design
Pros:

Its decor and style is phenomenal and done to a very high standard. The space is amazing and it’s got absolutely everything you could need for a stay. It was easy to use everything and we had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and there’s plenty of parking. Check in was very easy as was checking out. The booking process was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me personally it might be in need of a topper.

Lovely hotel wouldn’t go back check out time too early

Cons:

10am to vacate the room we’re on holiday morning a concentration camp the cleaner walking in at 10am we were fast asleep a later check out times a must people are on holiday a total of under 9 hours for a 2 day stay
