I was expecting more of a Continental breakfast and was surprised that it was actually a full breakfast. The location had plenty of food choices around as well as shopping. It was within 15 minutes of where I needed to go.
It could of had a tv directory in the room. It would have been nice if there was something in the room with information as to when breakfast was served and what time the pool or gym facility was open. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

The room wasn’t clean, the ice machine didn’t work, the bed had a big sag in the middle.
They did not let us know that pool was closed for repair when we booked. The main reason we booked a hotel was to swim and get out of the heat!
The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a pretty clean overall.
It could use some updating for the price point. We could really hear the people in the next room till pretty late at night.
Staff was difficult to find. Staff was unfriendly. Water fountain is broke. All ice machines except one are broke. Too many carpet stains.

The location is perfectly in the middle of a ton of restaurants and great stores. And the breakfast and breakfast staff are great.
Oh I could write a book. Keys didnt work daily. Bathroom sink on day 1 was clogged. Daily visits to front desk to let them know and not once did a repairman come up to fix. Back door to hotel broken. Side door always open which is a security risk. Bell carts are falling apart and front staff do not communicate with each other. Just a place in shambles. TV never connected to Netflix or YouTube so not sure why they are on the remotes. Calling down to lobby is a waste of time as they never answer the phone. Someone needs to put some money and love I to this hotel. The prices are outrageous for such a run down hotel.

The location is great. Hallways smelt good. Ava was helpful.
The room linens were dirty in 2 rooms we saw and ended up just asking for a change from the first room. Asked for housekeeping on day 3 and never received it. Side door was never secure.
