Pros:

I spent the weekend here for my birthday celebration and I can honestly say that it was well spent. The staff here is very pleasant and ready to assist.
Ms. Lourdes was very helpful.

Recently our company had an hiring event in La Quinta in Peoria , phoenix my experience was super easy and awesome.
Because of Lourdes and Miss Mary in this location they where super friendly and amazing just a simple smile can turn all into a great experience.

place was great except for the midnight move

Breakfast was great, thats why i rented anotheer day

Cons:

I got to room, TV did not work, did not know till like midnight after my event. Had to move at 12:30 midnight

The breakfast and pool

Cons:

The staff at the counter asked at check in if we would like housekeeping everyday of our stay (clean towels, clean sheets) I said yes. This was NOR done at all the 5 days we were here We were also looking for water one day and when we asked the front desk staff they were rude and said the water fountains were broken and no water in the lobby only during breakfast and did not offer another option for us.

Great location and breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location at 83rd and Bell. Next to Chick-fil-A. Breakfast attendant was outstanding. Pancakes, waffles, and the usual breakfast stuff.
